Up to four Lucky travelers will feel at home in this ground level apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Just down the hall, you'll find the queen-size bedroom that features a private patio, great for an intimate meal or reading a book. Curl up into bed after a long day of exploring the town, and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen television. You can also find the bathroom that features a spacious vanity, walk-in shower and a stackable washer and dryer.

In the morning, we recommend taking a short stroll across Forsyth Park to The Sentient Bean for a latte or refreshing iced coffee. For lunch, pop over to Bull Street Taco and explore their unique twist on tacos. As you wander around town, stroll through the Squares of Savannah, enriched in history. For dinner, head north downtown, where there's none better than The Grey, a Southern fine dining experience retrofitted inside an old Greyhound Bus Station. After a day out, relax in the park and listen to the sound of the Forsyth fountain.

  • Designed by John S. Norris for General Hugh Weedon Mercer, construction of the house began in 1860. Construction was interrupted by the American Civil War, and finally completed around 1868 by the new owner, John Wilder. What a wonderful location! Right across the road from Forsythe park and about a block front Old Town Trolley stop 5. We barely needed our car. It's an easy and beautiful walk to Kroger or even the river street area (about a mile). The apartment was fairly clean with the exception of some corner mildew in bathroom and some questionable renovation. Nothing unsafe, some lights that would only work if the bathroom fan is off, electrical outlet that pulled partially out of the wall when I unplugged my phone and I would like a way to secure the door from the inside. Ayone with a code could walk in. I'm sure it's changed with every guest but how do I know that for sure? We ended up buying a door stop. No biggie. Not paranoid, just cautious.

Savanah Vaca

Stayed at the location adjacent to the Forsyth Park...such an awesome neighborhood. Conveniently located near many attractions and coffee/grocery/ and restaurants. Only complaint about the accommodations were that the apartment needs a new couch, and there was some deterioration along the molding in the bathroom. Would definitely come back for a future getaway!

Great Access to Everything in the Historic District

This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Savannah. We were able to walk most places. Beautiful Forsyth Park was across the street - a great place to people watch and enjoy sitting outside. Having an assigned parking spot was wonderful. Lucky Savannah answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend

Great visit in Savannah!

Right around the corner from beautiful Forsyth Park, apartment was just right for my daughter and I visiting for a sporting event, the floors were a little dirty but everything else was great. Loved having a fridge and kitchen to cook, washer / dryer, what looked to be newly renovated bathroom, and especially appreciated the parking right behind! Didn't use the pull out sofa but was a nice option if you had more guests. Bed was super comfy as well.

Cozy Apartment In Savannah

This was a cozy apartment in Savannah located right next to the beautiful Forsyth Park. It was centrally located, a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to River Street and Broughton Street where there are many shops and food places. I would definitely stay again.

Husbands Birthday

It was absolutely perfect! Very clean and organized. It sits right across the street from the park where I had a surprise luxury picnic planned it's a memory we will cherish forever. Would highly recommend staying here.
