Located on the ground floor of this two-story carriage house, you'll enter right into the heart of the home, boasting with natural light, tall ceilings and hardwood floors. Furnished with a cozy mix of both old and new, up-to four Lucky guests will feel right at home. From the open concept living space, and fully stocked kitchen, you'll have everything you need for a short or extended stay!

The bedrooms are located at the back of the home away from the street, perfect for a quiets night rest. Each bedroom features a Queen size bed, a spacious closet for all of your belongings, and a smart-television. Just across the hall, guests will find a full-size bathroom with a large vanity, walk-in shower, plus washer and dryer. A powder room, just down the hall, offers an additional space to get ready for a day out on the town!

The home was clean, warm, and inviting but very loud in front of the college dorms and the street. Busses all day and night are heard. That being said, I am not used to the city lifestyle, so if you are, it may not be that bad for you. You are only given a small amount of towels, and no extra anywhere. Also not enough kitchen pans and utensils if you plan on cooking. It was overall a good place for a long girls weekend.

Wonderful location!

We loved the location of this property! It is very close to Forsythe Park. It is in a lovely neighborhood, and it is fun to just take a walk and look around. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The property has everything you need, but you have to bring your own Keurig pods (they have the machine, though). I loved the open concept of the space!

Cute Little Carriage House near Forsythe Park

The property was perfect for our three day stay. We had friends staying nearby, which made it convenient! The location was great for getting around Savannah. Going to River Street, the market at Forsythe Park Tybee Island.The street could be a little loud with the traffic,

Fantastic location for our needs!

We were in town to tour SCAD. This charming rental was clean and perfectly located close to everything we needed. The SCAD tour started less than a block from this home. Also located a block away from Forsyth Park, which is a beautiful area. We found it easier to use Uber to get around than drive. Uber was very convenient and affordable. The rents was nice, the kitchen had everything we could want, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint was hearing the upstairs renters walking around. The rest of my family did not have an issue, I just happen to be a very light sleeper. Will definitely be renting again!

Basics

This property is very close to the busy street. The windows are thin so everything sounds like it is in the living room. The house was ok. It needs a thorough cleaning; bathroom corners, under doors and seams were dirty from not being cleaned. Clumps of hair were stuck under the door to the bathroom, toilet paper holder in half bath was loosely on wall and feel out of thr wall very easily. The toilet in the back bathroom was wobbly. This place looks deceiving. It was very pricey for what it is.

A nice place to visit with friends in downtown Savannah

I visited with 3 friends and we had a blast. It was clean and cute with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We parked on the street right outside the front door and left our cars there for the whole weekend. Lots of places to visit within about a 15 minute walk and you can walk to the riverfront within about 30 minutes. Thanks for a great visit!
