The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and everything you need to settle in comfortably. For longer stays, you'll also appreciate the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo throughout their stay.



Upon arrival, you'll enter through the secure entrance of the historic building before taking the elevator to the top floor. From there, it's just a short walk down the hallway to your private condo entrance. Please note there are two small set of seven to ten stairs in the hallway.



Parking is not included with the reservation.



The Neighborhood:

There's simply no better place to experience Savannah than right here on Broughton Street. From morning coffee runs and boutique shopping to rooftop cocktails and unforgettable dinners, everything you came to Savannah to enjoy is just outside your door. With River Street, City Market, Plant Riverside, historic squares, museums, and countless local favorites all within walking distance, you'll spend less time driving and more time exploring one of the South's most beautiful cities.



Getting Around:

Once you park, chances are you won't need to move your car! This condo is perfectly located for exploring Savannah's Historic District on foot, with many of the city's top restaurants, shops, attractions, museums, and beautiful squares just a short stroll away.



For guests driving into town, metered parking is available nearby through the ParkSavannah app, making it easy to manage your parking directly from your phone. Visitor parking passes are also available through the City of Savannah for longer visits.



If you prefer garage parking, the Robinson Parking Garage is just a block away and offers both daily and weekend parking options.



Need a break from walking? Savannah's complimentary DOT Shuttle is a fantastic way to get around downtown and makes convenient stops near River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, and Broughton Street. Uber, Lyft, public transit, and trolley tours are all readily available as well.



Other Things to Note:

Because you're staying in the heart of downtown Savannah, you'll experience the vibrant energy that makes this neighborhood so special. Restaurants, bars, and nightlife are just outside your door, particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings, so some city noise should be expected.
