The Space:

On the top floor of this palatial residence, you’ll find an open floor layout and large bay windows that allow in plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The living room’s neutral green walls reflect back natural light, allowing for its guests to enjoy a warm and welcoming coffee date early morning or mid-afternoon. Come nightfall, you can take in the spacious living room for a cocktail with friends or share some laughs over a board game! A large, Victorian-style desk sits off to the right of the east side of the room, by its expansive windows, and offers a glass top for easy writing. It's the best place in the home to get some work done while also getting in your daily dose of Vitamin D. Sturdy, wooden floors uphold the townhome’s charming furniture which include a detailed, full body mirror, a 6-person dining table, and even a small chess area! A stunning chandelier located right above the dining table adds an extra touch of elegance to the space.



On the first level, you’ll find a roomy kitchen with plenty of cabinetry and stainless steel appliances for effortless baking and cooking. Its beige/brown granite countertops make for easy cleaning, cutting and weekly meal prepping. The kitchen also sports two lateral, double-pane windows, allowing in plenty of fresh air whenever necessary. A round table big enough for four sits off to the corner and leads into the hallway. There you’ll find a beautiful red velvet couch overlooking the stairway.



Guest Access:

The whole parlor level of the home is yours! We do offer access to the laundry room downstairs, where you'll find the washer/dryer side by side and is free for you to use! PLEASE NOTE - this is the only shared space in the home, where the unit downstairs (ground level) may access the laundry space also. Please be cognizant of noise levels when coming down to do laundry, so you do not disturb our other guests.



The Neighborhood:

We are in the heart of the Historic District and only 2 blocks from Forsyth...being nice and quiet at night and an easy walk to EVERY thing, you cannot beat this location! Though mostly residential, there are plenty of restaurants and shops only a couple of blocks away! If you're interested in renting a bike while you're here, Savannah on Wheels is just a block away! We are a short walk away to some of the best (and LOCAL!) places in town including Local 11ten, Betty Bombers, Sentient Bean, Brighter Day (Natural Foods), and of course Collins Quarter at Forsyth! Please ask us about all of our hand-picked local favorites and we are more than happy to recommend!!



Getting Around:

Again, being so close to everything, your primary mode of transportation can be on foot, but there is a bike rental place just down the block and Uber/Lyft are always a good option especially late at night (if you may have had too much fun)! There is also a FREE shuttle that takes you around the Historic District and the stop is 3 blocks away, at Whitaker/Hall. This is a great way to get a free "tour" of the City!



Other Things to Note:

Just to reiterate - the space where the laundry room is downstairs, is shared with other guests in the downstairs unit. This is the only shared space in the house, and is separated be a secure door.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available via mobile from 9am-8pm Monday-Friday and 10am-8pm Saturday and Sunday. If you have an emergency please call 911. We live downtown so if something comes up, we can be there rather quickly.
