Bara två kvarter från Forsyth Park, vår stads största gröna utrymme, och två kvarter från Whitefield Square, en av de mest populära torgen för bröllop, är Habersham House. Tucked away från stojet och stimmet, detta townhouse är har allt du behöver för en minnesvärd vistelse!

Detta helt renoverade hem har gott om historisk charm, inklusive utsatt tegel, en vacker trappa och trägolv. Den öppna planlösningen gör att vardagsrummet kan strömma in i den vackra matsalen och ut i din privata innergård. Du hittar gott om bekväma sittplatser och en centralt belägen platt-TV för enkel visning. Ett halvbad är undangömt under trappan för bekvämlighet. Köket är litet men funktionellt, och ger utsikt över gården så att du aldrig kommer att sakna ett ögonblick med dina nära och kära! På övervåningen finns båda sovrummen, ett badrum med dusch / badkar combo och separat tvättstuga. Det första sovrummet har en queen size-säng, en stor TV och mycket utrymme att sträcka ut. Nedgången är det andra sovrummet, som har två enkelsängar perfekt för barn eller vänner.

Du kommer strax ner på gatan från Kroger, den enda fulla mataffären i det historiska distriktet, men nära nog till alla Savannahs matställen att aldrig behöva laga mat! Ta en promenad till Maté Factor Cafe och upptäck ekologiskt kaffe, maté-teer, hembakade muffins, danishes och till och med fruktfyllda.

Beautiful property! I only wish the trash instructions were clearer. For those of you staying at the Habersham House, turn right coming out of the front door and the trash can alley is a few houses down. I made the mistake of turning left because the directions only gave an intersection and ended up dragging the trash bags around the whole block. I called the office but all they told me was the name of the streets it was between- they did not know where to go either which was frustrating.

Girls long wkd away.

We are 4 adult women who thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this location, and this house. It was very convenient for walking to grocery store, liquor store and all of the historic district. The restaurants close by were all very good. The only issue was a slight communication gap when we wanted to extend our check-out. I would recommend this beautiful home.

Best of the Best

Travel often and usually stay in VRBO properties. This one is among the very best of the best. Location couldn’t be better - within few walkable blocks to Yellow Deli, Hop on Hop off trolley, Forsyth Park, many squares, and Kroger. And of course the home - well stocked, hip decor, very nicely furnished, comfortable bed. Finding street parking no problem. Definitely one to book.

Great House with Character

The house was amazing but the surrounding neighborhood and those who walked the streets was not. As a group of girls, we did not feel safe entering and exiting the house/our car if it was dark out. We had quite a few concerns with the surroundings and would not recommend staying here without men.

Excellent Choice

We wanted a week away and chose Savannah. We wanted a place that we could relax and see the sights. Habersham House was perfect for us. It was super clean and very comfortable for our 5 day stay. It was nice to have Lucky Savannah a phone call away if we needed them. They were very helpful. The home was minutes away from Kroger, street parking and walk distance for other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay in Savannah

The place was cozy and nicely decorated. Very nice bedrooms . Small kitchen but really didn’t need more. Nice place to relax after long days touring the beautiful city. Nice to have laundry also. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location!!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location! The home is situated in a beautiful neighborhood and we really just enjoyed wandering around and looking at beautiful homes. The rental was within walking distance of so much! We also loved having the grocery store so nearby and picked up food as needed. The Yerba Mate cafe just down the street is also worth a visit. Overall, our family of four was quite happy with this rental.

Great Stay at Nice Property

This is a very spacious house, with high ceilings and plenty of floor space. The unit seems to have been renovated recently and is very well equipped. It was quiet at night, and is located very close to the beautiful historic district of Savannah. The walk to the commercial district by the river is about 15 minutes; there's a well-stocked supermarket two blocks away. The house was beautifully clean when we arrived and the management company answered the phone immediately and was helpful with regard to the one enquiry we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Savannah trip

The app was broken when we got to town so I had no idea where the property was located or our codes to get in. An email and a phone call later, they texted me the info and all was resolved. The only issues we had were the construction going on next door, it started bright and early on weekday mornings, and the bath tub had a slow drain. I just attributed it to old pipes and never called it in, but it may have been fixable. Otherwise property was clean and location was great!

Charming and perfectly located

My siblings and I spent five days here with our 85 year old mom. She had never been to Savannah. We lucked out with fantastic weather the whole time. Our stay was fantastic. The house was beautiful and we spent a lot of time in the back patio. We all highly recommend it. One small caveat if you are a senior or have issues walking- the stairs to the upper level are very steep. It’s a tall old house and most are like that.

Habersham Home Review

Location was great. However, the only drawback I felt was the main bath upstairs. It seemed somewhat outdated to rest of home. It would have been nice to have seen a better notification of street sweeping schedule on site or in house as we got a ticket out first night for parking on street in its path.

This row house is a lovely property in historic Savannah. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to Forsyth Park and the Riverfront areas. I would recommend that the property management supply better quality toilet paper, hand soap. And also provide facial tissue. There is a Kroger down the street, but the Publix is a few miles down the road in a much better area and has better quality food.

We had a great 3 nights at this comfortable townhouse in historical Savannah. It’s in a great location and the booking and check-in where very easy. Great communication with the owners. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean when we arrived. Our one complaint would be the lack of comfortable seating in the living room area. We would definitely book again and return.

Enjoyed our Time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. My suggestions are 1) fix the leak in the sink in the upstairs bathroom. 2) owner may think about replacing the cushions on the couch in main area. Other than that, we enjoyed the place.
