  • Situated on idyllic Wilmington Island just minutes from Downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. This part of Savannah was historically a tourism destination. Charter fishing, restaurants, local shops etc make Wilmington Island a perfect landing spot for your Savannah/Tybee vacation. Get the best of both worlds with a quiet neighborhood atmosphere just steps from multiple dining and shopping spots. Park in the 2-car garage or private driveway. Walk to Lilli's, Basil's, Molly Maguire's, Cancun, Rio Bravo, or several fast-food spots. 2 major supermarkets are within a mile. Tybee Island is 10 miles away by car. The Historic District (Downtown) Savannah is 10 miles away.

We had the perfect Memorial Day weekend stay here! We had 8 adults and 2 kids, and there was more than enough space and beds for everyone to be comfortable. The house was extremely clean and decorated so beautifully — it really gave the perfect beach house feel while still being modern and neutral.The backyard was one of our favorite parts! It was so spacious and perfect for all of us to hang out, grill, and spend time together outside. The location was also amazing — only about 20 minutes from the beach, making it super convenient without all the chaos of staying directly in the middle of everything.This house was absolutely perfect for large groups or family trips, and we would 100% stay here again!

Thanksgiving trip

The house was able to accommodate all 11of us whether we were outside in the backyard, fixing Thanksgiving dinner or hanging out. The house is very well stocked in the kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, etc. We hope to come and stay again.

A beautiful home. Well equiped and quick access to a grocery store on the same street. Can get to Tybee island in about 15 minutes. We would absolutely stay there again

This is the best house we’ve ever stayed at! They had everything you could possibly imagine needing at the house and then some! It was so clean, well decorated, and felt like home! I wish I could give this property more than 5 stars!

Wonderful stay for our mini-family reunion!

Convenient location (to downtown or Tybee island) in a beautiful home where our family enjoyed everyday together. Very clean, way more space than our expectations, nice yard, plenty of parking…we talked about meeting again in this very home next time. Highly recommended by all in our party!

This house was amazing, it was beautiful and everything that we needed for our cheer competition in Savannah. The third floor was a great space for the girls to spend time together and get ready!

A great property

We loved the house. Only negative is that the house is near a road with trucks going by during the week.It is very well equipped with many amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. A very pretty house. We loved our stay there.

Mini vacation with friends

We had a great time at this house a nice boys hang out on the 3rd floor. 15-30 minutes to everything we wanted to see which was perfect. Quiet neighborhood but super close to grocery store. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect stay for family event in Savanna

We traveled with our family of 6 adults, 6 children, and 2 service dogs to Savannah for my youngest son's wedding and this place was perfect for all of us! It was clean, spacious, and plenty of supplies for family breakfast before heading out to various wedding functions. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Clean

Beach blast

The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is a ten minute walk to the grocery store and the liquor store(very important). The best part is there is a walking trail across the street that leads directly to the Savannah Country Club. We can't wait to come back here next year!
