Once your car is safely parked, a flight of stairs of about sixty steps separates you from your destination.

Passing through the first green door, where nearby you can collect the keys from the lockbox, you’ll immediately be immersed in your lush garden.

Continue along the private path and you’ll reach the apartment’s entrance door.

As soon as you step inside, the quick-access WiFi panel will help you feel right at home with free WiFi.

You are now in the entryway, from which you can access the main areas of the home.

The two master bedrooms both feature a queen-size double bed with a view of your garden. Wardrobes with hangers and dressers are available for your luggage and personal belongings.

Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets, and towels are provided for each bed.

In the very bright living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa where you can relax in front of the FullHD Smart TV.

At night, the sofa bed turns the living area into a third sleeping space, accommodating two additional guests.

From here, through the living room’s glass door, you can access your private garden. A rare find in Liguria.

Here you can fully enjoy beautiful Ligurian days, perhaps having lunch outdoors or relaxing with a nice glass of prosecco while seated comfortably on the garden chairs.

The table completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots and pans of various kinds, as well as single-use sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar, and oil, are stored in the different compartments.

The last room guests will find is the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic fixtures, a large mirror, a hairdryer, and a shower.

The building is located in a slightly elevated area, airy and very cool, maintaining a well-ventilated climate.

And when you’re out and about? You’re in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, nestled into rocky coves where you can take a swim or snap unforgettable souvenir photos.

For those who love great food or spots for aperitifs and after dinner, the marina and the nearby city center offer many interesting options to choose from.

The nearby bus stops allow you to choose between the beautiful and renowned beaches of Bergeggi, Spotorno, and Varigotti, or Albisola, Celle Ligure, or Varazze. East or West, what will you choose?
