Make your next trip to SW, MI an unforgettable one by staying in our large, freshly remodeled & modern 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home that is pet- friendly & comfortably sleeps 11-12 people. There's room for large families or multiple families to spread out.

Conveniently located in Sawyer, MI between pet-friendly Warren Dunes State Park/Beach and Weko Beach just minutes from Lake Michigan, Out There & Solasta Wineries, The Beach Bucket, a seasonal Fruit Market, Greenbush & Fulcrum Breweries as well as a number of restaurants for breakfast and dinner.

This ranch is located on a very large & quiet wooded lot with easy access to many other local attractions in Harbor Country. Enjoy local wineries, breweries, apple & peach orchards, pumpkin patches, and beautiful fall color tours as well as a new bike path along Red Arrow Highway from Sawyer to New Buffalo. Bike rentals in Union Pier & Three Oaks. In winter, you can snow shoe, cross country ski or sled in the area including the Warren Dunes. There's also a free ice skating rink with skates & a pickle ball court as well as playground just south a few minutes in Harbert.

This comfy home is fully stocked for your convenience with various kitchenware & supplies including a drip coffee maker & coffee, bedding, towels, beach towels, beach toys and hotel bathroom amenities. A grill is located inside the pole barn, but must be used outside. Full sized washer & dryer available to guests as well.

Enjoy the many outside amenities like our hot tub, firepit, seasonal outside shower, or large pole barn with a shuffleboard and ping pong table, for even more entertainment. You'll also find yard toys for use May through mid November.

In addition to the 4 bedrooms & living room, this house has a large family room/den/kids’ room with a tv, electric fireplace with remote,table, board games and a full-size trundle bed with XL Twin to lounge on or sleep on.

We are dog friendly and have a 4 ft dog-run kennel area outside for your fur babies. Or a tie-out to keep your pet closer to the family fun.

Smoking is allowed but ONLY outside or in the pole barn! Ashtrays & lighters are provided on the property in the kitchen & pantry as are 2 L stainless dog bowls. Note: If you smoke in the home, there's a $250 additional cleaning fee.

A great stay! Literally right next to the Warren Dunes state park. We had fantastic vacation with family. In particular, the yard space, hammocks, and yard games were well enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the roomy ceilings in the main space.

Amazing place!

We absolutely loved this place. We have been coming up to New Buffalo area for about 15 years and this was definitely one of our favorite homes. It had everything we needed including plenty of rooms, nice hot tub to relax in, fire pit to roast marshmallows, large yard to toss the football around, barn with some games including table tennis. The Warren Dunes were only 3 minutes away. Blueberry picking close by. We cannot wait to come back here.

We had a wonderful experience. First, the location is amazing! It’s a two mile walk or five minute drive to the longest stretch of glorious sandy beaches with ample parking. We were at the beach every single day. The fresh produce stand at the end of the block provided so many fresh fruits and vegetables, including a basket of everything we needed to make fresh guacamole, including the recipe. Second, the house was absolutely immaculate. We have rented many VRBO properties and the kitchen and refrigerator were the cleanest we have ever seen! Additionally, it was so well stocked with pots, pans, colanders, etc. we needed to cook. There were also weighty glasses that felt great to drink out of and a selection of kids dishes. There were just so many thoughtful details. You will need to bring or buy your own spices. The beds were wildly comfortable, so much so that we actually peeked under the sheet to find out the name so that we could consider it for home! We had one small issue with a bed frame, but the handyman was there that afternoon and fixed it right away. Communication was exceptional. The great room was perfect for hanging out together, but there were also so many nooks to find spots for privacy. We only had five people there, but there was room for so many more and so much space for kids and adults to have fun! All in all, it was a magical week. I think it truly could be a four season place to visit. A

Great stay!

This home fit our family of 10 perfectly! The kids loved the big yard, the hammocks and bunk beds! The adults really enjoyed the pole barn, fire pit and hot tub! We were surprised to find the beach/dunes so incredibly close to the house! We had a wonderful visit!

This house was perfect for our occasion…….a family wedding in the area! So, so clean, super accommodating and great communication. If we are ever in this area again I will book again. Great location as well, beach, State park, go-carts.

Nice house minutes from Warren Dunes

Very clean rental. We had seven adults and three children under 6 and were very comfortable. Nice bonus was the spare refrigerator in the building to store the meals we had brought with us. Beds were comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower to clean up after going to the beach.

Dunes vacation

House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Very close to Warren Dunes entrance. Plenty of sleeping areas and room for our large group to spread out. Kids loved the hot tub, laser tag, and all the barn games. We had a wonderful stay!

Vrbo house

The house was great. 4 bedrooms plus a room with trundle bed. The yard had a fire pit . There was a pole barn with ping pong table and a shuffle board game. This was a very nice place for our family vacation!

Excellent family house

This house was perfect for our annual extended family vacation! We rented another home that backed up to this one, which was really nice for our whole group to be so close. This house has a huge yard perfect for games and play, and also a firepit for evening gatherings. The kitchen is overall well stocked. The "party barn" is really great to have for a larger group, with plenty of room for hanging out. The fridge in the barn was really great to have also! The location is just 1 mile from the beach, very close to the entrance of the Warren Dunes State Park, where there is a huge public beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great for families and friends

The house, large yard, pole barn, and proximity to the Warren Dunes were all wonderful. They had a pack-n-play with a sheet and high chair there which made bringing our 1-year-old easier. Loved the yard and fire pit and the pole barn was great for the one rainy day we had. Highly recommended. We hope to go back next year!

Great New Year’s get away!

Everything about the house was perfect! They really thought of everything. Very clean, well maintained and accurate in the pictures. We loved the game barn and weren’t too cold (except the day it was 20). With three of us being educators, we were happy to see the owners are as well. Communication was great and the info was all easy to find. We loved the snowy land and can only imagine how beautiful it is during the summer. Thanks for a great stay!
