A comfortable 3-room apartment with a furnished ground-floor terrace awaits you, accommodating up to 4 people. Enjoy living in an idyllic forest setting!

The spacious living area features a comfortable corner sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa, a dining area for 6 people, and a covered loggia with seating—all designed for complete relaxation. The flat-screen TV with cable and the stereo system enhance this experience.
The open kitchenette, equipped with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker, makes cooking a breeze.
The bright sleeping area with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), as well as the second sleeping area with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), lets you unwind at night.
The cozy bathroom with a toilet and shower rounds out the amenities.

Bicycles may be parked on the terrace.
