âWe spent 4 nights in a panoramic family suite and it was really great. The room was lovely and the balcony and views were spectacular. The buffet breakfast and the cocktail bar were fantastic. The swimming pool and spa were really great for the whole family.
Overall a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel. â
âWe had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible.
Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant.
The front desk told us they had gotten new IT and he had to call his manager who...
âLyxigt och ombonat hotell med fantastisk frukost. Superbra personal. Vacker trĂ€dgĂ„rd med en badbar damm. PoolanlĂ€ggning inomhus med 2 mindre pooler. Den ena med bubbelfunktion som tyvĂ€rr avgav irriterande klor. Mycket fina rum med hĂ„rda sĂ€ngar.
Delvis störande genomfartstrafik beroende pĂ„ rum.â

âExellent hotel in the Tirol alps. Indoor and outdoor pool. Clean and tidy. Top service from the hotel staff. At check-in , we received a welcome drink. Dinner was great and the following breakfast buffet had plenty of things to choose from. Over all, the stay was highly appreciated from the whole family. We will surely come back next year.â
âBemerkenswert beim Hotel ist dass es durchgehend barrierefrei ist, also uneingeschrĂ€nkt fĂŒr Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet ist. GroĂe Zimmer, groĂes Bad mit groĂer Dusche, behindertengerecht. GenĂŒgend ParkplĂ€tze, ruhig, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Empfehlenswert!â
