The high-quality fitted kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher as well as an induction hob with oven and microwave.



The bathroom has a shower, WC and bidet.

Practical built-in furniture and the large mirror underline the simple elegance. Daylight lamps and an illuminated vanity mirror help you start the day and transform the bathroom into an oasis of well-being.



The apartment has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and hanging umbrella.



You don't have to do without your usual comfort in the apartment either.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating which exudes a cozy warmth. All windows have high-quality fly screens. Numerous pieces of built-in carpentry furniture have been perfectly integrated into the apartment.
