Our Town of Niskayuna has adopted a law regulating short-term rentals in our zoning as follows:

-- The owner stays overnight for the duration of the booking (for your information, the owner has its own private space with a private entrance which would not interfere the space of the guests as listed).

-- The minimum rental period is 7 days, and the maximum rental period is 30 days.
-- The maximum number of people is 13.
-- Guests are not permitted to host weddings, events, ceremonies, or parties.
-- Off-street parking is limited to 4 cars. On-street parking is prohibited in our neighborhood.
-- There shall be no campers located on the property nor shall there be any overnight camping in tent,
-- Keep noise to a minimum while being considerate of neighbors.
-- Fireworks are prohibited.
-- Garbage and recycling must be placed in covered bins.
-- In case of emergency, call 911 and contact the owner.
