“We checked in early in the evening. Staff were acceptable but not overly friendly. Safety not taken into account. Key cards given loose with the room number written on it on a sticky note. Room was tiny… bed was clean. Soap and shampoo were the only amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast was supposed to be included as per the Expedia listing. Staff argued the fact, I had to show them my email proving this. Breakfast looked to be plentiful and fresh. I would have been impressed had I been told I...

“We tried to call the hotel several times an hour before arrival however no one answered the phone. When we arrived we asked why no one picked up the phone we were told the hotel don’t answer the phone if it’s a foreign number (as they think it might be a spam). Find it very strange that a hotel don’t pick up the phone as I guess many of their gusts are not German.”

“Great hotel with very friendly and professional staff!”

“I was just passing by Frankfurt and needed a place close to HBF sud. It was clean and the room had a fridge. Nice personel”

Wifi fungerade helt OK i mitt rum. Helt fantastisk personal, hjälpsamma och vänliga i alla lägen. Cirka 10 minuters promenad till centrum av Sachenhausen.”

“Helt okej”
