Newly renovated vacation apartment in the heart of Gemünd

Our newly renovated vacation rental is located in the Kneipp spa town of Gemünd, right in the heart of Schleiden, the “capital of the national park.”
Gemünd offers a wide range of cultural, historical, and scenic attractions in every season. In the spring, for example, a sea of yellow broom blossoms invites you to take a hike across the Dreiborn Plateau. In summer, Gemünd’s outdoor pool and the surrounding lakes draw visitors. There are numerous playgrounds for children. In fall, Indian summer brings a magnificent display of colors in red, ochre, yellow, brown, and green. When the forests and meadows are cloaked in a wintery white blanket, visitors from near and far flock to the Eifel to go sledding or build snowmen. From our apartment, you can explore the magnificent landscape of the national park on foot. Follow the K7 along the Urft River to the Viktor-Neels Bridge and on to the Urftsee Dam, or head to Mariawald Abbey with its legendary pea soup—or so many other options!
The accommodations are centrally located in the Kneipp spa town of Gemünd. All shops for daily necessities are within walking distance. The spa park and downtown are right nearby. The vacation rental is set back from the street and features a garden and a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the sun.
