Located on the 3rd floor of a building newly constructed in 2023, it is easily accessible by elevator.

Enjoy cozy evenings on the comfortable sofa or a meal at the dining table, which offers ample space for socializing. A digital TV connection provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.
A special highlight of the accommodation is the balcony, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area – the perfect place to start your day with a coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine, so you can prepare your favorite meals.

A washing machine is available for shared use in the neighboring building, so you can always have freshly laundered clothes, even during longer stays. A reserved parking space is available directly at the apartment. In addition, there are communal parking areas with paid electric vehicle charging stations.
Your bicycle is also taken care of: it can be securely stored in a shared shelter.

The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the surrounding grounds, are still undergoing visual changes.

For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with great attention to detail and is therefore not available for accommodation for construction workers. We reserve the right to refuse such bookings.
