The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with 3-star freezer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, microwave with grill, coffee maker, Senseo pad machine, toaster, kettle, tea maker, and egg cooker.



The modern bedroom features a large double bed (comfort height), two bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe.



In the hallway, you’ll find a large closet with ironing board, iron, broom, and a coat rack with shoe bench.



The living room includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and mini hi-fi system. The sofa bed quickly converts into a 120x200 cm bed with an extra mattress topper, ideal for one adult or two children.



The balcony with seating and sunshade is accessible from both the bedroom and living room.



In the bathroom, you can shower or relax in the tub.
