“Parking was easy and free. This hotel is right off the highway, don't worry, the room was super quiet. Check-in was fast and cheerful. I booked a room with a king bed and it turned out great. Good room, clean, nice shampoo/conditioner/lotion. As well as a small fridge and microwave. Pleanty of space to stow suitcases and jackets. Air-conditioning worked great. (It was 90F outside). “Very fresh hotel. Girl in the reception was very nice and sweet but overall service was kind of non existing which is fine but obviously doesn’t give 5-stars. We had a double queen bed room and it was really nice and clean. Doors let through a lot of noice but apart from a child crying and some normal noise it was fine. We will visit family more times and will most likely stay there again. ”

“We had no hot water all weekend and the elevator was not working. Lighting strike a day before. We were never told about the problem before we checked in. We found out the next morning when we went to shower after we ate breakfast. I went down to let them know and the assistant GM said we are working on it. No offer to refund our money and go stay somewhere else. Next morning still no hot water. After checking out I called the company and they said we were offered a refund!!!! LIES!!!!! The...

“You get what you pay for. This property is in poor shape. Our room was what was pictured but had a lot of mystery stains on the walls in the room and bathroom. The floors in the bathroom weren’t clean. The bathtub was rusted and did not look clean. The bed was fine. The room had an odor. The air worked well though. The breakfast was very limited, enough so that we went elsewhere.”
