La Villa dans les prés

The villa is located in a residential area and is fully walled. A gate secures the site. You will be able to park several vehicles within the villa. The villa is framed by a large garden of 6000m².
This 4 bedroom villa is an architectural jewel. It offers very nice amenities for a comfortable stay guaranteed. The villa is a single storey villa. Extremely well designed, the layout allows to go from outside to inside instantly.
The rooms are built around the pool. All the rooms are air-conditioned
- one with a double bed 200*200, private bathroom (shower and WC), dressing room
- one with a double bed 160*200, private bathroom (shower and WC), dressing
- one with two single beds, private bathroom (shower and WC), dressing room
The two beds can be glued together to make a double bed
- one with a pull-out bed for two children (not suitable for adults). The occupants of this room can use the guest bathroom with shower and toilet.
The villa in the meadows is very artistic. The decoration is uncluttered and allows the works of the Martinique artist Luz Severino to express themselves. Take the time to live!
Contemplate the paintings, relax by the pool with the sea in the background, share convivial moments around the table soccer or concoct good dishes in the large open kitchen.

For architectural reasons, the villa has no curtains or shutters. The windows are covered with blackout film to ensure privacy.

- 1H15 from the extreme north (JM house) and 1h from the starting point of the ascent of the mountain pelée
From the Aimé Césaire airport in Le Lamentin, take the A1 towards Fort de France and Schoelcher. Continue on the N2, in the direction of Schoelcher, then take the exit on the right to go to the University of the West Indies (Schoelcher campus).

At this roundabout take the second exit on the left, continue straight, you will arrive on a second roundabout, take the fourth exit on the left "Rue Symphor Saint Hilaire" / "Rue des Moracées

Continue for about 1 km, the "villa dans les prés" will be on your left, below a first villa which will be on your right, going down.
