Spring getaway in the mountains with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a terrace

  • The "Auszeit an der Bergquelle" vacation rental, approximately 85 m² spread over two floors, is located in the annex of our house and has a separate entrance. The vacation rental is generally designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people. A cot in the large bedroom allows for an additional toddler to be accommodated.
    It features two bedrooms with double beds. If needed, extra beds can also be added to the larger bedroom (upon request only). The first floor features the living/dining area and the kitchen, as well as a hallway and the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The two bedrooms are on the upper floor. The entire vacation rental has been newly furnished and renovated.
    There is a very spacious terrace in front of the vacation rental.
    Our house is situated in a secluded location between Berchtesgaden and Königssee.

    Numerous hiking and walking trails lead directly from the vacation rental. You can practically start your outings on foot. There are plenty of challenging mountain hikes in the area. As your host, I’m happy to provide tips. A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk in either direction. The nearest supermarket, as well as bakeries and butcher shops, are about 2 kilometers away. The nearest restaurants are about a 20-minute walk away.
