Our idyllically situated mountain farm is located at an elevation of 840 meters at the foot of the Kehlstein, nestled amid the impressive mountain scenery of the Berchtesgaden Valley. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, lush meadows, and majestic peaks, you’ll enjoy exceptional peace and privacy here. Since there are neither settlements nor busy roads in the immediate vicinity, relaxation is guaranteed from the very first day of your vacation. Here, you can see dairy cows and calves in the fields around the house or in the barn. During our barn visit times, you can also get a closer look at them.
The 65-square-meter apartment is located in the attic and features a spacious, covered south-facing balcony from which you can enjoy the entire magnificent mountain panorama across the Berchtesgaden National Park, including the Watzmann, as well as the view down into the valley. There is also a small east-facing balcony with a view of the Kehlstein. Two separate bedrooms have access to the balcony; the apartment features a spacious kitchen-living room with a balcony window and door, a cozy sitting area, a large dining table with a bench, and a fully equipped kitchen. The parking space is located right next to the house.

Even challenging mountain hikes and popular destinations such as Königssee, the Jennerbahn, the Kehlsteinhaus, or the Berchtesgaden National Park are just a short drive away. The historic center of Berchtesgaden, with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, is only a few minutes’ drive away. In winter, perfectly groomed ski slopes, cross-country trails, and romantic winter hiking trails await you.
