We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. “If I could rate this hotel any higher, I would, everything was absolutely perfect! The staff during the day and in the evening were incredibly kind and accommodating. They arranged a rental car for us and made sure everything was perfect (we eat a plant-based diet.) Cannot say enough good things about this hotel.
