“Just very good on all parts.”

“The owner Sam and his wife were great! I came to visit Nova Scotia from California, and they made me feel at home! The Bed and Breakfast was nice, and had wondrous views! It was nice chatting with Sam every morning during breakfast! Wonderful people! My room was very comfortable, and I was well rested! Thank you!”

“Excellent hotel!! Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed! The breakfast was delicious and staff are helpful and friendly!!”

“The staff were amazing ! The poop was great the food is delicious”

“We found Nalu Retreat to be a true gem! The Dome was just like it appears in the photos. Everything was clean, clean, clean and tastefully done. As a former boutique hotel manager & chef I was impressed with the attention to detail. Comfortable leather sofa, extra throws, nature sounds, plenty of plugs, kitchen supplies, Robes, Turkish towels, goodies in the kitchenette, too many to mention. We were enthralled with the setting and enjoyed our time in the hot tub and the privacy surrounding us....

“friendly staff, nice older building with beautiful antique furniture in lobby. easy parking and good free breakfast, excellent location to surrounding areas”

“It was clean and well looked after”

“A new hotel with a fun theme and great location. Unfortunately very loud doors, lots of sounds during day and night. Cold room with no working AC/temperature. ”

“Litet hotell med väldigt trevlig personal. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Ett enkelt men mysigt hotell. Frukosten hade det man behövde. Här skulle jag gärna komma fler gånger. ”

“Great staff at the front desk, very helpful. Great location just 15 minutes to city waterfront.”

“The Halliburton is by far world class accommodations. From the beauty of its historical building to the added touches you won’t experience at big chain hotels. The proprietor Robert and his wonderful staff go above and beyond to make guests feel right at home. The included amenities stands out as they’ve thought of everything you can imagine and then some. From the welcoming front desk to the attentive housekeeping, a guest could not ask for better. Their customer service/hospitality skills are...

“Cons: Parking situation. Thin walls. No onsite staff. Upselling expensive bar snacks was kinda tacky—especially given the high cost of the unit. I would call this a VRBO, not a hotel. Pros: Location was amazing. Interior space was awesome. Despite thin walls, I only heard one other tenant. Cozy. Clean. Wish I was staying longer, overall.”
