“Wi-Fi didn't work throughout my stay, I stayed two days. Otherwise ok, clean place which was reasonably new.”

“What a beautiful facility, and piece of property. We were visiting The Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, and this was a reasonable driving distance. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the views are awesome. They even have a fire pit that overlooks the scenic hillside. They had a continental breakfast in the morning as well.”

“The cottage we stayed in was adorable with our own little porch. John was so welcoming. The food for breakfast looked amazing even though we didn’t have the chance to eat. They offer thoughtful touches like a s’mores set up for you if you want to sit by the fire pit and fresh cookies to take during the day. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in Cooperstown. ”

“We stayed at the Lake N Pines Motel. I couldn't say enough about the scenery! It's absolutely beautiful! The set up of the property is unique in a good way. The motel has separate sections which affords for some nice privacy. We had a second floor room with a private balcony overlooking the water. My favorite part was the gorgeous sunrise! The staff and people there are so friendly! I think I've found my favorite spot. A very nice place to relax.”

“Staff was friendly, dietary options, bed was comfortable, water containers in room with comfotable lounger. Loved the power strip to accomodate my electronics. What can be improved is the parking for larger vehicles but a space was found for my husbands truck. Though the bathroom was tight, the room was spacious. Cooperstown is quiet but you feel relaxed and refreshed after your stay.”

The grounds look very nice and you can tell the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely return in the future. Do not hesitate to book a room at the Village Motel.”
