Situated on the coast, just a short stroll from the sea, this villa is an ideal retreat for holidays with family or friends. The villa is close to Sampieri, where you can find the nearest grocery store and restaurant, while Pozzallo (10.6 km) offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Southern Sicily's key attractions, including the baroque towns of theVal di Noto, as well as well-known spots like Marzamemi, Vendicari, Syracuse, Donnalucata, and Marina di Ragusa, are all within a short driving distance.

Villa Rifugio (120 sqm) develops over one level (ground floor).

The living space includes a large lounge area furnished with sofas and TV, a dining area, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, there is one double bedroom featuring a double bed (180 x 200cm) with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. Additionally, two other bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) each come with their own ensuite bathrooms, also equipped with showers.

Outside you will find a large garden (9000 sqm), with a terrace featuring a private swimming pool with salt purification (13 by 4 m; depth ranging from 0.4 to 1.5 m; open from 1 April to 30 November). The outdoor area also includes a sun deck complete with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen, and a shaded al fresco dining area (with a table seating eight). Additionally, there's a comfortable outdoor seating space, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and on-site private parking.
