“Great customer service, unfortunately there’s a smell of old, I found a cockroach in the bathroom, although I didn’t find any bed bugs I was scratching myself here and there, there were stain on the floor. Overall the place needs an improvement on cleanliness and get rid of that smell.”

“We just needed to stop here for one night. Room wasn't so clean, beds was okay. Breakfast didn't met our needs. Staff was very friendly and tryied to do their best”

“Place was hidden in the back which I liked because it made it feel quieter. Place was nice and clean. Water pressure was solid. Woke up to breakfast thinking it was included and almost found out too late that it cost $13 a person. Not a big deal, just wish they told us at check in how much it would cost. Over all it was a great place. Would definitely come back.”

“Just for one night but we were happy. The wi-fi was down so that was "bad" but otherwise it was fine.”

“The hotel was nice. The staff were helpful, friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and the coffee was delicious!”

“This was a decent option. Not the worst, not the best. The upkeep of the hotel could use some improvement. We were on the 2nd floor, and there was an old, stale smell to the property. Also, the floor AC units could use an upgrade. The breakfast was just ok. Other than that, the room was clean overall. Also, no smart TV in the room, so no way to watch Netflix, just cable TV.”

“The first room had a fridge that didn’t work so I was moved to 404 and it stunk so bad. There was a moldy stench and I made a request to be moved, but I was told they just fogged it out with freshener. However, it still smelled the same. Housekeeping went in to clean up and didn’t leave towels, refresh the makeup remover pack and toilet paper.”
