While I was staying at the property, the cleaning staff was rude to me and giving me strange and dirty looks! Another situation, a separate matter at the same property, I had two (2) packages in my name containing jewelry items, that were delivered to that property on February 17, 2026, three (3) days after I checked out on February 14, 2026 after I left that property, and I called the front desk manager asking if there were any packages there for me, she said there were two (2) packages for me then she also told me that she sent them back returned to sender. The property never told me about these packages until after I had to call THEM first and THEY sent my packages back, especially without even saying anything to ME first, without even letting me come back and pick them up. I also complained to American Select Suites Corporate regarding that matter also and I got absolutely NO COOPERATION in that matter! And now my packages are missing in action, lost in transit because of this!
