The place was disgusting. It was very dirty. The floor was very rotted out watching TV. I see this black thing on the floor. It turns out that it was a mouse couldn’t drink the water because they had sword problem, but they provided a bottle of water and the only reason I stay there down the street is my job. Continental breakfast was a joke. Just toast and coffee. The place needs to be shut down all the rooms need to be fixed there’s no laundry room. Also there was a used condom by my toilet. The place is disgusting and like I said I had to be there because my job is right down the road. They lie about refunds. I actually booked the wrong date I canceled it and then I had to pay cash so actually I lost my $56 and also I will not go on this website again to get discount. Thank you and have a great day.

The room was filthy with stains of liquid splashed all over the walls. The toilet was brown, and the shower was nasty. Hair was found in the bed and the floor was clearly never cleaned. The manager at the front desk could not care less and said he would tell the housekeeper. They showed us another room which was worse than the first one. We ended up leaving the first night and are now requesting a refund for the nights booked. I can’t believe Expedia is allowing this hotel to book through its website. Expedia needs to remove this place considerably soon, so nobody else can be subject to what we experienced.

The vehicle entry has large potholes. The room doors had non functioning door handle locks and only loose dead bolts. The rooms were dingy and in need of cleaning and painting, the carpets and were soiled and stained, the comforter was dark blue with questionable soiling .

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Upon check-in, I was handed keys to two rooms (I believe rooms 11 and 15) to choose from. When I opened the first room, I was shocked to find an unmade bed, it looked like someone had just slept in it. The second room seemed fine at first, but the bathroom was straight out of a horror movie: there were no working lights and everything was covered in rust. I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest option available that day, but I couldn’t bring myself to stay. I reported the situation to the front desk, but they told me I had to contact the “third-party vendor” to cancel my reservation and request a refund. Expedia has been trying to contact the hotel, but they haven’t been answering and I still haven’t received my refund.

Full disclosure, I was looking for the cheapest room possible in the area, so it’s 100% true that you get what you pay for. I’ve worked with and around dead bodies for years so I’m no stranger to foul smells, but this room smelled so strongly of stale cigarette smoke that it made me ill. There was food and beverage leftover in the room and inside the microwave from (I assume) the previous guest. The door barely closed and locked, the lighting was poor, and something about the pipes made the water smell and feel off. I would come out of the shower and smell like metal / iron. The A/C also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since Clinton was in office. The ground around the unit was in serious disrepair, with large potholes and uneven surfaces all throughout. There was also a pile of trash and debris on a tarp directly outside of my unit, including pieces of wood with nails in them. I had to be careful where I parked my car to avoid getting a flat tire. Also, it was very clear these units are frequented by people likely involved in shady business (that’s about as politely as I can put it). Harry was nice and helpful during check-in, but the woman present during checkout literally didn’t say a word to me. Guess she was too busy with her conversation on her cell phone to give me the time of day. Excluding my time in Afghanistan, this was probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Shame on me for not thoroughly researching this place before booking it. Learn from my mistake.

Substandard location very dirty was not sure if under construction trash everywhere rooms are filthy and bed mattresses outside the rooms leaning against the walls bathrooms was so dirty makes you want to run and bugs I checked in have been driving for 18 hours and needed sleep layed down and felt something crawling on me and was like nope I’m out and checked out 30mins after checking in do not recommend to anyone and their family this place is were you see crime scenes and is a crackhouse.

Though I was assured of a late check in, no one was at the front desk to revive me. I had to find another place to stay despite booking this weeks in advance. My girlfriend was scared of the atmosphere the hotel created, so i guess the absence of staff was a blessing in disguise. I want a full refund.

When I went to check in there was no one on the property. There was a note at the front desk with a phone number to call for rooms. I called and the owner put me on hold for about 5 minutes while he talked in the background. When he came back to the phone he said that they didn't have the room that I booked but we could stay at their sister location, Melody Motel, a mile and a half down the road. We went to that location and it was an absolute dump. The door had previously been kicked in, the room was filthy and smelled like a someone had just chain smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. We had already paid and couldn't get a refund and we we're in town to work a festival and didn't have the time to find other accomodations. Luckily we brought our own sheets, blankets and pillow cases because the ones that were provided were disgusting. The bathroom was gross with no hot water and someone's dog diapers hanging on the door. If i could give negative stars I would.

Don’t stay here. Have to call someone to check in and it’s a foreign person hard to understand. No trash can in the room only one towel and washcloth. No air conditioning one of the fans in the bedroom would only work if you leave the light on. The Directtv wasn’t working couldn’t get the local Chanels . No screen in all the windows except one. Toilet had dirty water looks like wasn’t cleaned and or flushed. Water smelled and or tasted dirty or rusty. Very little breakfast food. NOT worth the stay. Owner called me at 6am hung up. There are better places to stay for $10 or $20 more in the area. Disappointed disgusting place no one at the desk and the bell is worthless. NEVER again.

I hate to leave bad reviews and would rather just not leave a review if things were not up to par, but this was impossibly bad. Let me put forward that I was NOT expecting 5 star accommodations from a budget hotel, nor was I expecting updated design, superb service, or really anything outside of a basic level of cleanliness and security. I was given a choice of 2 rooms, first room was definitely not acceptable so I opted for the second. It was posted as a non-smoking room ($100 steam cleaning fee for violations) but in reality it was PREVIOUSLY a smoking room as evidenced by the ash behind the toilet and obvious cover-up smell. Sheets were not changed and smelled like the previous occupant's body odor. No bathroom door. The single 3 drawer dresser had a pair of recently urinated-in pants left behind and mouse droppings. The dresser was covering a roughly 2"×8" rectangular hole in the wall. No bathroom door. Bathroom outlets were NOT GFCI which is bound to be some kind of code violation. Door did not seal and daylight could be seen around every edge. This caused me to push the dresser against the door for security reasons when I attempted to get some sleep, before the mouse decided to try digging in the trash can, prompting me to leave at roughly midnight to go sleep in the car on the shoulder of the highway as that was better. They've also posted notices about bacteria in the water, in both the rooms and the front office.
