âAmy was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. She even left pancakes w/syrup for breakfast and pasta w/sauce in case we didnât have time to go to the store! Itâs the small things that really stick out such as leaving a bowl of snacks, a few beers in the fridge, a bottle of wine, fully stocked medicine cabinet in case you forgot something. She even put food and water out for the dog along with toys and a blanket! We loved being there and it was such a beautiful...
âSo we love this place we stay here all the time only thing with this hotel is the key cards always mess up. I understand not letting them get near a cell phone cause they will demagnetize but when I've made 100% sure they were not near it and it still does it, it becomes annoying!! Mainly because this hotel is so massive it takes forever to have to walk back up to the front desk to get fixed. Other then that keep it up and we will be backâ

I did phone ahead to make sure that I would be able to get a room focused to the lobby or at least closest to the elevators if I was up on the second third or fourth floor.
