Holidays in Scuol mean relaxation in an Engadin location, surrounded by sgraffito-decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, near Engadin Bad Scuol, the cross-country ski trail and close to the ski and local bus stop for trips to the cable car valley station or the train station.

The location of the apartment is characterized by tranquility, the separate entrance is ground-level accessible and at a short distance from the ski bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain lifts in just a few minutes. The highlight of the apartment is the large south-facing terrace with lawn, where a grill, table, and loungers/chairs are available. The cozy apartment, furnished with great care, has a very good layout, and as another highlight, a Swedish stove with wood is available for use in the apartment.



The approximately 46 m2 large apartment is located on the ground floor with a beautiful private terrace. The living room is designed with an open kitchen and offers space to enjoy shared vacations.

The ski area Motta Naluns is accessible by car and postal bus in 5 minutes. The valley trail Martina-Scuol can be reached on foot in just a few walking minutes. Shopping opportunities are located at Denner, also just a few meters away, or on the main street, which can be reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes.
