“The Unit was exactly as advertised-- a beautiful and comfortable home base for a fantastic family adventure vacation. The property manager met us at the unit when we arrived, with pretty fresh flowers. We enjoyed the gorgeous views while dining and playing cards on the balcony. We walked the rocky coast to Sandy Hill Bay and loved snorkeling the living reef just minutes away. Mostly though, we drove around the island to explore the many beaches, amazing restaurants and points of interest...

“This property couldn't have been better for our family vacation (8 guests, ages 16-80). It was immaculate, and Florivia was right on top of anything that we needed. The house itself is beautiful, and so are the fabulous views from all of the big windows and and the two patios and two swimming pools. We highly recommend it--and Anguilla!”

“Amber was very responsive to questions before and after arrival. Most certainly above and beyond in responding. Eliza Villa’s central location is convenient to all sides of the island and the property exudes a wonderful island feel. Bright, sunny and cheerful. “great apartment, even better than in the pictures. great kitchen for cooking. great location if you don’t have a car (but you should have a car). steps away from the beach and a half dozen dining options. would def stay again. only negative might be the neighborhood does stay active and loud late and the roosters start up real early! you might get used to the roosters by day 5… best island with the best people.”

The cooler filled with water and the two umbrellas were also appreciated. The staff at the resort was lovely and helpful always. “LOCATION was great, right on the water in Grand Case, steps form a nice, roomy beach. Good snorkeling right in front of the house. On restaurant row so the food and drink is amazing everywhere. Close to Orient Beach and that was fun. Shopping and dining in Marigot was great, prices were actually decent. Buy beer and wine and alcohol at the little stores in Grand Case, they sell it cheap and one dollar = one euro!!! (This does not apply at restaurants). Best restaurants were Grand Case Beach Club...
