The owners have meticulously curated this space to create an ideal retreat for guests who cherish the island as much as they do. Located just 0.6 miles from the acclaimed Seabrook Island Beach Club, award-winning golf, and club dining, this property offers a secluded, private feel while remaining in the heart of the island. The Seabrook Island Lakehouse, Freshfields Village, Bohicket Marina, and Kiawah Island are just a short drive away, while historic downtown Charleston is a scenic 21-mile drive—perfect for a day of fine dining and shopping.

    • The Living Space
    Step through the Southern porch into a world of crisp, modern coastal decor. The interior features a palette of soft blues, sandy beiges, blush pinks, and whites. The cozy living area, with its vaulted ceilings, decorative fireplace, and large-screen TV, creates an immediately relaxing atmosphere. This aesthetic flows into the dining area, featuring six French bistro chairs for comfortable group meals. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a standard coffee maker, and a Keurig.

    • The Sunroom & Deck
    The heart of the home is the sunroom, thoughtfully curated with elegant fixtures and Lowcountry-inspired art. Whether you're enjoying a movie or unwinding after a sun-kissed day, it's the perfect place to gather. The sofa doubles as a sleeper for additional guests. Just outside, the back deck features a dining table and umbrella—an ideal spot to enjoy the salt air and a refreshing drink.

    • Bedrooms & Loft
    Each of the three sleeping areas is designed for a restful night's sleep. The Master Suite features a plush king bed and a recently remodeled ensuite bath with an updated shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed with premium linens, while a hallway bathroom provides a convenient tub/shower combo. The upstairs loft, overlooking the living area, is equipped with two twin beds (each with a trundle), additional seating, and a ceiling fan.

    • Outdoor Living & Beach Gear
    Unwind on the front deck, back deck, or the shaded patio underneath the cottage. An outdoor shower makes returning from the beach a breeze. To make your beach days even easier, we provide:

    • Cleanliness & Convenience
    For your peace of mind, the villa undergoes a comprehensive cleaning process prior to every stay. Surfaces are sanitized, floors are scrubbed, and all linens—including bedcoverings—are laundered off-site. Essential cleaning supplies, including a vacuum and broom, are provided for guest use. High-speed WIFI is included.

    Digital amenity access cards are included with your stay (a $55/day savings). Please note that required forms must be completed prior to arrival.

    • LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

    • WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups.)

    • AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

    • ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.

    • CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

    • CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

    • CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

    • THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

    • IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

    • POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

    • CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

    • PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Very nice and clean property. The home was decorated perfectly. Loved the furniture and vibe. Unfortunately I wasn't not a huge fan of the neighborhood though. The beach club seems to be the main communal spot to eat, swim etc. and this home was too far to walk from. Parking was difficult which neccesates an additional expenditure on a golf cart. Would consider adding this to the unit for a small daily fee vs using a third party rental company or providing bikes to use.
