“We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units! ”

“The hotel left mixed impressions. We liked the breakfast, the quick and smooth check-in, and the responsive staff, as well as the comfortable beds and Smart TV. However, the rooms need updating: the furniture is worn, there was a strong smell of cleaning products and later dampness, and the internet was unreliable. On the first night, there was noise from a group of teenagers, and we did not feel completely safe. Overall, there are positives, but also important areas that need improvement.”

“The location of this property was good. The view from our room was great. However, when we woke up in the morning and wanted to take a shower there was not hot water. We called the desk and they stated they were working on the issue. But that did not help us. The place was clean and well maintained. We did have a leak in the bathroom sink as well. We told the front desk and they stated that they would get someone to fix the leak. They did say the hot water issue had been resolved.”

“Dog friendly but they don’t allow dogs in the hot tub room. Also, there isn’t a potty spot outside on property but we were able to go across the street. Location was great, quick walk to the beach and lots of shops. Free parking.”

“Every member of the staff from the front desk to maintenance was extremely helpful and kind. The pool was clean and warm. We love the cable, fireplace, and the pots and pants for cooking.”

“Just realize ALL ROOMS are non-smoking and pet friendly. I chose a room based on those trying to get a view just to find out those two criteria don’t matter. Paid the extra $40 per night for our dog and were put in a room all the way at the end of the hall on the top floor. Signs all over say dogs are usually only on floors one and two. Not convenient at all and we booked well in advance. ”

“Its was very nice to be steps away from the beach. The trade off is there’s nothing fancy like larger hotels. No pool/spa or gym. Worth the trade if you’re not looking to stay indoors. The room was very clean. A plus me was having a fireplace and patio.”
