Detta är en mysig nyrenoverad lägenhet i ett familjevänligt område som är perfekt för din familjesemester på stranden. Strand, strandpromenad, restauranger, vattenpark, nöjespark och annan underhållning ligger inom gångavstånd. Det finns ett stort sovrum w / queen size-säng och en full utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet som kan sova 2 barn eller vuxna. Köket är modernt och fullt funktionellt, staplat med kaffe / te, Keurig-maskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår. Vi erbjuder upp till fyra märken för stranden för gästernas bekvämlighet. Små barn kan njuta av trädgården utrustad med en gunga, glida, steg 2 leksaker (sandbord och vattenbord). Gården erbjuder också bekväma sittplatser och en grill. En parkeringsplats finns i uppfarten, ytterligare gratis parkering kan finnas på gatan.

Excellent place! Love our hosts, gave us so many ideas in the area, offered us many things as well. Apartment was perfect, clean, safe, walking distance to beach and boardwalk! Loved the w/d, dishwasher and all the extras. So clean and cute. The bedroom bed is firm. Im used to a softer bed and fluffier pillow, but was great. Thanks for the wonderful stay!! Would definitely stay again!!

We stayed at this property for a weekend getaway for our 12th wedding anniversary. We have never been to Seaside Heights. The apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable. They supplied everything you would have at home except the groceries. Only a few minute walk to the beach and Boardwalk . We parked our car in the designated spot at the apartment and didn't drive it all weekend. The host was fantastic. He was very friendly, helpful and informative about the area. He gave us ideas of where to buy food and places to go , and things to do in the area. This was definitely a great experience. We will be back and plan to stay with the same host. I would recommend this place for anybody. Very good rates and an outstanding place! Dan & Jen DeCook

Seaside Vacay

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, welcoming, beach-themed property. It had all of the comforts of home and the owners were so gracious and accommodating. It is in the perfect location for the beach, the boardwalk and sightseeing. We will definitely return!

Great Place in Seaside Heights

Ani and Penko were great host, very responsive. The space was great for our weekend getaway with a comfortable bed and living area. The kitchen was equipped with the basics. There is a W/D in unit, which was helpful after getting soaked by a passing cloud at the beach. The parking spot was easy to find and the bathroom was spacious for a single person use. Overall, our stay was pleasant!

Great place to stay!

We came to seaside heights for my daughter’s dance competition and decided to stay here instead of a hotel and it worked out so well! Lovely place, just as advertised. The owners were wonderful! We plan on staying here again next year.

Cute & Clean

What a wonderful stay it was for my best friend, her kids and me. The apartment was spotless and nicely cooled. They had everything from towels to K-cups to detergent for us. The hosts were both so sweet and welcoming. The apartment fit all 4 of us very comfortably. It was the perfect place for us. Couldn’t have been more accommodating. I highly recommend them. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Kind and Clean

The hosts were so kind and the little apartment was adorable. Great location close to everything. You can hear some noise from a Friday night crowd but it didn't keep us up. The kids play area was the best part. I have a 1 and 3 year old and there was so much peace of mind knowing they could play and be stimulated while I got ready. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Clean and quaint apartment

Both Penko and Ani are very nice and respond quickly to any questions. The apartment was beautifully modeled and spotless. Which we completely appreciate. They provided all the necessary items to enjoy our stay. Only one recommendation would be to invest in a new mattress for the bedroom. It was the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever laid in. It slopes to one side and is very noisy when moving. Which I did a lot because of comfort. The sofa bed was slightly comfortable and we all took turns getting to sleep on it. Other than this I would only recommend renting for small families 2 parents and 1 child.

Jersey Shore Getaway

Do not hesitate in booking with Ani and Penko, they are extremely helpful and kind. The place is renovated and kept clean. Towels, linen, pots, pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, silverware, washer and dryer, Keurig coffee machine with pods were all provided. We also really liked the artificial grass area for our kids to play on. The firepit was a great hangout spot after a day on the beach. Ani and Penko allowed us to use their Radio-Flyer wagon which was a total highlight for our 2.5 year old. Fishing, crabbing, boating, jet-sking is all accessible within walking distance. There is also a mini-golf course with 18 holes and an ice cream parlor also walking distance. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

Amazing space & host

I loved this space! It is exactly as pictured and an amazing location close to the boardwalk! The host and his family were very friendly checking to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything! Definitely want to visit again!

Perfect week for us

The house was just perfect for our family of 4. Penko and Ani are great! Always there to help you if you need. So close to the boardwalk and the beach and Penko even let us use the buggy to take the kids to the beach. Their kids were awsome with Emma letting her play with them in their backyard. Hope we can come back!
