The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it the ideal destination for your family vacation!

The space
This charming beach house features a spacious open floor plan and is tastefully decorated in coastal hues, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The living area boasts comfortable furnishings, perfect for lounging or gathering with friends and family. The bedrooms are cozy and well-appointed, accommodating up to 10 guests with a king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and every amenity you can think of offering complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, creamer and cookie jar. Outside, three decks provide ample space for sunbathing, dining, BBQing or simply enjoying the fresh salt air. This beach house is an ideal getaway for those seeking tranquility, natural beauty, and coastal charm.

Each guest is provided with freshly cleaned linens and bath towels, 4 seasonal beach badges($300 value), beach chairs and beach umbrella, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and high speed Wi-Fi great for working remotely!

Our beach house is ideally located near local restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities, ensuring you have plenty of options for dining out, shopping, and exploring the area.

Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled beach vacation, our beach house offers the perfect setting for creating unforgettable memories by the sea. We can’t wait to welcome you to your home away from home!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home including all bedrooms, the garage, all balconies, the backyard and a driveway with room for 1 car. If additional parking is needed, you can park a car in the garage and on the street in front of the driveway.
Other things to note:
-We do not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else.

-To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

-By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.
