GUEST ACCESS:

Guests will have full access to both units, the front yard, and all shared outdoor spaces, including a BBQ grill and seating area. There is a single main entrance with locked interior doors for each unit. This is ideal for groups who want time together but also some personal space.

The HVAC system is located in the downstairs primary bedroom closet and may produce normal operating sounds.
