Floden Belle har utsikt över floden Necanicum, som även erbjuder en hundvänlig politik, en privat badtunna och en mycket rymlig inredning. Inom ett par kvarter från centrum och kongresscentret och en kort promenad till stranden är det här stora hemmet säkert att behaga. Inuti hittar du ett stort vardagsrum med en stor gaspanna. Detta är ett bra ställe för familjen att samla, med en intilliggande formell matsal. Köket har alla rostfria vitvaror. Utanför köket är det perfekta stället för barnen att spela brädspel. Det finns två sovrum och ett badrum på nedervåningen. På övervåningen finns två sovrum och ett badrum. Detta hem har också två sovvagnssoffor.

Detta lokala familjehus är inrett i autentiska glasfiskeflottor, skal, skeppsmodeller, skeppsvrakbilder och annan nautisk inredning, säkerställer stämningen. Det är en äkta havet hem! Utanför finns ett däck med utsikt över floden, komplett med utemöbler. Du hittar också en täckt uteplats, perfekt för en familj BBQ, picknick eller morgon kopp kaffe. Detta hem kommer med en BBQ, clam pistoler, och en krabba kruk. Du kan fiska och krabba i din egen bakg��rd.

Disappointing girls weekend!

This was are 23rd year and I have rented houses from Vrbo before and usually really happy with the rentals. I'm not sure why it went through Vacasa but there were cobwebs on ceiling and walls my guest and I thought it definitely could be cleaner. There was a dining room chair that the legs were so loose that we moved it so no one would get hurt if it collapsed and put a note on to get it fixed. I wish we had taken photos. The outside covered area would look way nicer if someone took a shop vac and cleaned out all the webs and bugs.

Great family get away

This is our 2nd stay at this house. We love the location and ease of walking to the main attractions. Unfortunately we didn’t have any luck with crabbing this trip but we still enjoyed our stay.

Not what was expected

Sheets were old and stained. Smoke detectors were beeping so we replaced batteries to quiet them. Bed upstairs was broke so we fixed so we could sleep on it. No detail to cleaning, upstairs had scrabble pieces on the headboard spelling various uncalled for words and dice with words rolled to hate etc. weird sounds in house and garage next door is vacant and run down so kids are in and out of it all hours. Tried to have a movie night and 2 of us were on couches and 2 were going to lay on the floor and carpet smelled like pet urine to the point we couldn’t lay there. House just needs a complete DEEP CLEAN and new sheets etc.

Soccer Weekend

This house was great for 3 families with teenagers in town for a soccer tournament. It was spacious enough and the outdoor seating was great. The house is a little creaky because of its age and the carpet is dingy but the beds are super comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk to town and the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Cute house, great location, but not secure

We loved the spaciousness of this quaint house and the fact that it was close to everything. We had a security issue with the locked hot tub being accessed by someone else while we were there. It was never resolved and resulted in family not feeling safe. There was only 1 television in the house. Something to consider if you have a large family, especially with teens and children. The property manager was quick to respond but the owner never responded to any of our messages. It was a great space but we would probably not stay there again due to security and communication.

Great location property needs some updating

Very old property, house in rough shape, bedding and linens, towels aged didn’t smell fresh. We noticed water damage in kitchen and bathrooms, flooring , carpets stained/dirty in upstairs bedrooms and couches. We wiped the bathrooms down when we found hair in both showers and kitchen wiped walls where things had been spilled prior to our arrival. Neighbors noisy after 10pm.

Birthday celebration

The location was convenient for walking to the beach. The deck by the river cute. The kitchen was well appointed. The bath towels were clean and plenty of them. The rest of the house needs a serious update! Dirty walls, old old old stained carpets. Beds with old matresses, one sinking on either side. Sticky railing to upstairs and cobwebs on the ceilings. Couches old and old swivel. So sad to see the disrepair as this old house has amazing potential. The owners have embellished the interior. I was so embarrassed to bring my siblings here and will not use again.

Old, creaky, over priced

I waited too long to make our annual reservations to seaside. So while I'm grateful to have a place to stay, I paid way too much for too little. The Cons: House is old, creaky and according to my kids ,"smells like a grandma house". The carpets were quite damp the entire first 24 hrs, but that was because it looks like they were shampooed prior to us coming, which I appreciated, but they were wet and smelled musty. Some of the doors barely close or pop open, don't lock and are very loud when you open, walking the whole house if someone gets up to go to the bathroom at night. I didn't get much sleep. The beds are very old and not very comfortable. The neighbors were cussing so loudly, and so long the first night we had to close all our windows to try to protect our 7 year old's ears (it was bad!). The Pros: The hot tub was great. The outside is cute and we enjoyed sitting on the deck by the River. The house WAS clean, just old, which is easy to confuse. But it was clean, with the exception of some items in kitchen cupboards (the blender was nasty). If I had paid half of what we did I probably would have been satisfied. But I've had much much nicer and larger places for less. This house needs major updating.

Nice location

The location was central. Walkable to the beach and town for people those who are fit. Carpet was very dirty and house was old and quirky. Beds were not very comfortable. (Twin bed upstairs was nice). Linens and towels were clean and plenty were provided. Nice amount of spices. Not much was included for babies, only one baby gate that didn’t work correctly. But, lots of beach toys! There is no access to the river, just a view.

Good for friends get together; older home needing some

We stayed at the house with two young children. It was not ideal for young kids as there were creaky steps and the twin bed upstairs scared/creeped out my 3 year old. However, my infant had a quiet space upstairs. Plenty of space for a friends get together or a family with older kids. The property was clean but needs some obvious work: slopes in the floor, ceiling peeling upstairs, paint chips on railing, creaky floor boards through out the house, no window covering besides sheer drapes, carpet had ripples in it, and upstairs beds were older. Upside: plenty of beds and 4 bedrooms, two showers that were fairly quiet at night, hot tub (we didn’t use it), outside covered seating area
