You enter the hall with its original tiled flooring, before heading into the sitting room where there’s a TV, a gas fire, a window seat and an original parquet floor. Glass doors lead into a spacious dining room with a table and chairs and a sliding door leads out to enclosed patio area and large grassed garden. The well-fitted kitchen has granite worktops and overlooks the rear garden. The large utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer leads to the rear large enclosed garden. Finishing off this floor is a cloakroom with a WC. Climb the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find the three bedrooms. The first is a zip-and-link double that can be made as a twin upon request. Then there’s a super king-size overlooking the rear garden and a bunk room with adult-sized bunk beds. It's 0.5 miles to Seaton seafront and beach with mile its long esplanade and only a little further to the picturesque harbour and golf course. A variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes are within a few hundred metres. You’re in an ideal location for walking with stunning spectacular coastal footpaths over the cliff tops nearby. The Seaton Wetlands, made up of 2.5 miles of level trails alongside the River Axe, where you’ll find plenty of wildlife, is just 1 mile away The quaint fishing village of Beer is 2 miles away with the Beer Quarry Caves and Pecorama model railway/pleasure gardens. The famous Donkey Sanctuary at Weston is 6.5 miles away.
