The Riverside Bungalow is a beautiful three-bedroom, two bath, ranch-style home with mature shady landscape and a sprawling backyard all directly on the Sebastian River. Add to that a sandy beach area, a relaxing tiki bar with space to dock two boats. There is a large completely furnished kitchen, separate dining area, game room with pool table, living area that opens up to a large screened-in lanai and sun deck for enjoying the sunrise or dining al fresco as the sunsets on the river.

Ok. Great fishing.

We came in at midnight and property looked nothing like pics- had private property signs, a boat and 2 random trucks in drive. We were scared. Turns out the vrbo is 10 ft behind the owner residence- hence the other vehicles. Having the owner on the property— as two women traveling w kids- made use pretty uncomfortable the whole trip. The house was fine but old. Beds were not as listed- no twins. Back yard area was excellent. Place was quiet. Fishing was great. Covered dock was excellent. All in all we would stay again for fishing and dock. Oh and pingpong table was a hit too.

Kayak fishing trip

Second time staying here and now it will be a yearly trip. House is great. Location is close to bait,Other kayak launches, Walmart and Publix. Outrigger bar is within walking distance. We caught star link launch one night which was pretty cool.The back yard is awesome, especially the dock/deck and tiki bar. Home owner is very friendly and easy to reach.Love this place.

Great family, fishing stay!

We had the best time as a family of six! We caught snook, Jack, and even a toadfish. We definitely could've stayed longer! Hopefully we get the opportunity to return to Sebastian and we will definitely choose to stay here again!

Beautiful Property

A great get away for Family!!! Beautiful Property. Lots of fun things to do, fishing, hanging out in the sand bar with a fire on a chilly night. Our only complaint is that we were told to park anywhere we like, we had a boat with us and it seemed we moved the boat more times than we used it. The yard crew would come in the morning and ask us to move so they could get the trailer in to collect yard debris. We are very flexible, but after the 4th and 5th time it became annoying. So out of 14 days of staying we had 7 days of moving our boat around in the mornings was a bit much.

River Front Paradise!

We had an absolutely perfect vacation. This home suited us to a T. We didn’t feel like we had to tip toe on eggshells as the saying goes. It was not a luxury feel, but relaxed and very comfortable. The beds were super comfy and the Master Bath had a nice walk in shower. We spent alot of time on the back screened in porch and very comfortably furnished back deck. However, the absolute highlight of this property, and where we spent the majority of our time was out on the dock. There are Adirondack chairs and tables to rest on when taking breaks from fishing. Also a canopy to sit under for some shade. We loved fishing from the dock and caught some nice ones! We saw porpoises daily, and one day manatees. Not to mention numerous species of sea birds. Oh and viewing a beautiful full moon from the dock for three nights was spectacular! Another plus was a huge yard for us to walk our dogs. They also had a blast. We had very little reason to wander, but did venture out to Sebastian Inlet State Park one day and Pelican Island National Refuge another day. Very nice! Hate to head back north to the white stuff they have been enduring. And I don’t mean white sand.

Christmas in Florida

We have stayed at this house three times and will definitely return. We enjoy the quiet neighborhood and park across the street. The property has a beautiful backyard, and the house offers old Florida charm with modern amenities. I will miss mornings spent watching dolphins and manatees from the dock!The property owner reached out before our trip to ask if we would like a Christmas tree set up. Communication was great.

Perfect Location

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Great fishing off the dock and a short run to the North and South prongs. Excellent communication from host, with simple check-in and out. Relaxing sunroom for eating. Overall great time!

Riverfront Paradise

Well this was our second time staying at this property and it was just as incredible as before. The management for this property is so thoughtful and attentive. They make ever stay special for us. We stayed last year for our honeymoon and now again this year with more family members for our one year anniversary. This place has it all! Plenty of space to relax. A cute park across the street that is great for our morning walks and a dock with a safe spot for our boat. The fishing was amazing again and we made some life long memeories with family. I love this property and I would highly recommended it for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Summer trip to Florida for family birthday party

We were in Florida for a family birthday party and we chose this house for the proximity to them, and I liked the idea of being on the water. What a great property! I would definitely stay here again. Loved the screened in porch and sitting down by the river. Slightly weird layout with the king bedroom having to cut through another bedroom or through the porch to get to the living space, but it wasn't a big deal. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well.

Family vacation

If your looking for a break from your busy life This is where you want to be... the fishing dock was shady and cool even on a hot day the tiki bar has sand and a firepit and a nice working bathroom kayaking, fishing,we have family that lives near by and this place was perfect to have them over and enjoy family time the house is beautiful and Ted was awesome 👌 we love our time here..

Best Trip Ever

Beautiful place. Walk across the landscaped yard to the covered dock with plenty of space and chairs to either fish or enjoy the wildlife and scenery. Plenty of room inside and screened in porch is a bonus too! Lots of restaurants and family things to do in Sebastian. Katherine is a very gracious host who wants to make sure your happy with your stay. Will come back for sure!

Sebastian River Retreat

This was a annual vacation get away we do in May and this time we picked Sebastian because we are considering relocating to the area. We loved this home and the Sebastian River. The location on the water was beautiful and very comfortable and relaxing. The pictures on Vrbo of the interior of the home doesn’t really give the full layout. As soon as we walk through the door you can see the water. You walk into the kitchen and it is completely open to the family room. From there is a large screened in patio and then then there a large back deck that leads to the huge back yard which the pictures do show. We were very pleasantly surprised by the screened in patio and the back deck. The dock is huge and awesome. The tiki bar and fire pit area also seemed very nice but we didn’t use those this time around. We do plan on returning.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful house with plenty of room and amenities. Quiet neighborhood, good dock space for your boat, tiki bar with fire pit and bathroom is a good hangout place in the evenings. The lania has a great view of the immaculate lawn and beautiful sunrises. Both Kathy and Ted were a pleasure to talk with and responded promptly to questions. Would definitely recommend!

A Riverside Treasure

My husband and myself just got married and we picked this house to stay at for our honeymoon. It was a waterfront paradise. The house feels so fun and inviting. Lots of interesting artifacts to look at throughout the house. Every day you see something new. We brought our boat down from South Carolina and it was really nice that they had a covered dock for us to use and keep the boat under. We used a boat launch that was about 8 minutes away on Main Street to get the boat in and out. The sunrises are superb and the fishing was excellent. We caught red fish, jacks, tarpon, sharks, snapper, grouper, and snook while fishing around the river. We saw dolphins, manatees, and countless species of birds while sitting out on the dock. Thank you for making our honeymoon perfect! Our trip to the riverside bungalow was special and full of memories we will cherish. I would highly recommend this rental and I know I will be booking again.

Amazing Rental
