Gorgeous Riverfront Fishing Cottage in Sebastian, FL - Ask about 2025 Specials

This beautiful Florida fishing cottage features breathtaking riverfront views, a cozy living space, a comfortable bedroom, a full bath, a guest 1/2 bath with an outdoor shower (that includes hot and cold running water), a fully equipped kitchen, deck overlooking the Indian River. Boats can be tied off at the dock. This area of the river boasts some of the best local fishing and is perfect for canoeing and kayaking, all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian and The Sebastian Inlet Marina.

The property also has a bungalow with two master suites (The Micco Bungalow) that can accommodate two couples both include the same amenities and are directly on the water. Be sure to ask about pricing and details.


Note: The dock is shared with two other private cottages on the same private property. The depth of the dock depends on the time of year and can be shallow at times.

This is such a nice, quiet spot on the river. With the shades open in the morning and a clear view of the river, you can hear the lapping of the waves on the rocky shore as the sun rises over the seaboard. Gorgeous time for us once again!

Peaceful Waterfront Oasis

Beautiful little cottage with gorgeous river front views. Everything was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Especially loved sitting on the back deck for the morning sunrise and hubby enjoyed fishing off the dock! Would love to stay again!

Beautiful view. Quiet and comfortable. We had the property to ourselves but there are 2 other cottages on the property so there could be company. We went to fish but the weather was terrible but I don’t have anything negative to say about the cottage.

Great place for a getaway

My husband and I spent a week here…what a great spot! We really enjoyed it! He spent much of the time at the end of the dock fishing. The water is shallow, but he caught catfish, mangrove snapper, and redfish. Dolphins swam by us every day! The cottage is adorable and comfortable. The only minor improvements I would suggest would be more towels/washcloths, more spare garbage bags, and some basic condiments and seasonings provided in the kitchen. Also, be aware that there are steps from the driveway down to the cottage.

Florida charm

Very Impressive little cottage !!! Was not sure what to expect when we booked the reservation. We were pleasantly surpised. Very clean, open, and bright. My husband loved fishing off the dock everyday. We even saw dolphins swimming out front. Enjoyed out time at the cottage. Will come back to stay in if we are in the area again. 10 out of 10.

Place was great right on the water. Enjoyed the weekend fishing. The dock was great for the boat an there is great fishing all around. Plenty of local places to eat on an off the water. Will definitely be back again.

Great, quiet place by the water

The private dock was great for fishing whenever we wanted. Beautiful views of the Indian River. The traffic noise was near nil. Very clean and the property was super nice! We have already started planning a future trip!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The views were spectacular and the cottage had all the amenities that you would need. Even took our small boat out and went exploring the islands 🏝

We were returning guest.I was born and raised in s Fl.I know how to rough it.I have camped in very different different around Fl.I have been through every hurricane that has hit sw Fl.I understand that hurricane Nichole has beat the area up pretty bad.We referred friends of ours to stay there but Nichole changed there plans.The home was not very clean.The drain pipe for the sink leaked.You advertise WiFi but it doesn’t work.The grounds are a mess with leaves,branches,boards with nails in them,old dock material,and pieces of concrete everywhere.This is a major liability.We won’t be back.We will not refer anyone to stay there.

Pleasantly Surprised

We absolutely loved our stay at The Cabin. We weren’t sure what expect by the picture but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door. Very cozy and clean. Loved the view of the water from the deck. Looking forward to staying there again!

First time loved it!

This property set up is semi-private. Your cottage is private but there could potentially be one to two other families staying at the same property. This also means the dock is semi-private. We came here to see if the water was good enough to bring our boat back. The water at the end of the dock is approximately15 inches. This property would be perfect for multiple families or friends to all book the property together. I've already started planning that with family. This property is super cute. The cottage we stayed in was very clean and nicely decorated. We will be back.
