well worth it
the house was everything that was advertised. nice neighborhood, be aware of cars on the street in front of the house, definitely do not obey the speed limit. we had some minor issues with the house, contacted the owner about them, he appreciated the heads up. t.v. a little bit of a challenge if you are not familiar of how it is set up. all in all the house was very nice to spend a few days at.

Comfortable and great for families.
We are so glad to find your home for our visit in town with our grandparents. Comfortable and clean home. Plenty of space to spread out. The lake is a beautiful view out back.

Enjoyed our stay for the month of Feb. House very comfortable, private backyard, clean, close to shopping. Had fun using the paddleboat on the lake. Very good host.

Relaxing lake house
It was an older house with normal wear and tear. Small kitchen would make it difficult if you plan to do a lot of cooking. I really like the segmented section of the house. Allowed separation of noise for those that wanted to go to bed early. The dock, view, and canoe were all well received. A very relaxing and refreshing way to start your day. This was a work trip and fit our needs perfectly.

Quiet and relaxing
Me husband and I were in Sebring for work with an extra day of relaxation. The layout was perfect for 2 people needing separate places to work. House is very well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. The only disappointment was experienced by my husband. He didn’t catch any fish.

GOOD STAY

Rest and Enjoy
The house was perfect, after playing golf all day you can come home walk out to the back patio and enjoy the lake view. It’s a great place to just unwind with a glass of wine of the dock.

Sebring/Manatee Dr. lake House
Stayed in Quincy Yaw's rental for the week and had a great experience. The rental sits on Lake Sebring and has a great sunrise view for it's renters". The surrounding neighbors have clean well kept homes. Parking was ample for our three cars. Dealing with the owner, Quincy, was excellent and all that was communicated in the rental add was correct. The interior furniture in the home was clean, fresh and seamed quite new. All in all a very satisfactory rental experience provided by the host. Would absolutely rent again! Thanks Quincy.

Motion Lights
Motion lights shine on the bunk house room a few times a night as there must be critters on the prowl. search lights popping on a few times a night is a bit startling. the sensitivity needs to be adjusted so as not to catch possums, cats and raccoons. Otherwise a great house.

Peaceful Lakeside Getaway
The best feature of this property is the tranquility provided by the lake, private dock, and small beach in the backyard. The community is quiet with quick access to shops, restaurants, and Highlands Hammock State Park. The updated kitchen made meal prep easy, and the backyard provided ample space for relaxing in the sun. We enjoyed a relaxing family holiday.

Let us begin by saying that the house has lots of potential and was very clean. We had seen previous comments regarding the property that mentioned a broken bed frame in the master bedroom, a poor mattress, not enough kitchen supplies,etc. Evidently nothing had been addressed. There were no light blankets provided which would have been nice. Additionally, there was a broken vanity drawer in the main bath, and a couple of door handles were missing from closet doors. Several light fixtures require new bulbs, and the bathroom circuit breaker kept needing to be reset each time I tried to dry my hair. There is a washer/dryer provided but the detergent container was empty.The pier didn’t seem stable, and many of the boards were soft. Kitchen supplies were few. There were only two teaspoons in the silverware drawer. There was a box of plastic knives and forks that did contain two additional plastic spoons. We ended up going to Walmart and buying a cheap foil casserole pan to bake the casserole that we made. The locks on the doors are difficult to use (perhaps, some WD-40?) The view out the back door onto the lake is quite nice. There is a comfortable living rm/dining area with a nice t.v. and a lovely sunroom. In closing, we need to say that we did not contact the owner since nothing had been addressed from previous comments. We ended up leaving early and finding accommodations elsewhere so that we could be better rested for our long journey home.

Cute home, great price.
I put one of our VIP's here, so, it was not a great fit for him (and that's my fault). He was not pleased with the bed (he said very uncomfortable) so he slept on the sofa. In his view the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. BUT, he did say that aside from those minor issues the home was nice and the backyard view of the lake was very nice. I wouldn't rule it out to rent again, just not for this guest. The price was great and the owner communicated well.

Unexpectedly disappointed
We were unable to sleep in the master bedroom because the bed was broken. The bathroom in the main house had mold in the shower area and it was in poor condition. We used the guest suit which was an addition to the sunroom and not really part of the main house. It was not what I paid for. The area did not seem safe. I would not recommend this house. We have rented many houses from VRBO and never had a problem but we were very disappointed with this stay.

Beautiful setting on the lake.
The house was very comfortable. Great setting in the back of the house looking onto the lake from most rooms. Convenient Location to the stores and restaurants. Good value for the price and of course it’s always sunny in Florida.

Tranquil lake living
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Terrific views and access to Lake Sebring as well to the Panther Parkway, groceries, restaurants, etc. We have been coming to Sebring for many years and enjoyed the overall access this place provided. During our stay, there were a couple mechanical issues that arose, but communication with the owner was easy and the problems were resolved very quickly. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Memorial Getaway

Peaceful on the Lake
Beautiful lake with sandy beach. Nice dock. Big fenced back yard. Gorgeous sunsets. Close to stores. The house is spacious with a nice selection of books. We weren't pleased with the way the big screen televisions worked (mostly movies, no popular channels) - we told Quincy, the owner, and the next week he had cable installed which made us very happy.

Great location and clean property. Owner helped us by providing an extra TV that we setup outside and a portable fan. TY! I only have one suggestion and that is to remove the oversized plant in the middle of outside patio and put in a gas fire pit..that would’ve been a great added enjoyment bonus!!!
