“We like ld everything, except of the poo”

“Pool and bar were out of order. The sheets made it hot to sleep. Breakfast was good. The pull out couch in my rrom wasnt really clean so we didnt use it.”

“Breakfast was minimal large crowds and no staff anywhere. Toilet ran whole time and if flushed it, terrible noises for about a minute so couldn’t use it at night or woke everyone up. Used restroom in lobby and no soap with trash all over the floor. Very frustrating ”

“Dated and old rooms. Peeling paint, bubling drywall. Patched and unpainted walls. Breakfast was barely existent and woeful. Not what one would expext for a $100.00 plus room.Wake up Red Roof Inns. Yes we like value but this one failed. 1st room smelled of cat urine and quilt was stained. Poor conditions overall. ”

“Room was clean. We were on our way to Florida and stayed the night. The breakfast was fresh an good.”

“If you have bad knees and severe arthritis like me THERE’S NO ELEVATOR DO NOT STAY HERE unless you can carry your luggage up flights of stairs. For me it was a struggle that left me in tears. The room was OK, room lighting is dark, a bit of mold, a dingy bathtub, broken thermostat button, but decently clean. The desk guy was nice, but casually told me after check-in there’s no elevator. No offer of help. I can’t comment on the breakfast the stairs hindered that trip. ”

“Room in poor condition flaking off paint dirty floors did not want handicap room had better rooms available ”

“This is our third stay here. We work alot in this area alot.. We love it here its not in a congested spot very quiet and out of the way a bit ,but still have direct access to the highway. Always friendly service, hot showers, and comfortable beds. Everything seems to be new. I think they went through renovations. We will be coming back! Never have had an issue here. ”

“The water is thrown away from the sink and I got sick the first night because of the dust ”

“The staff at the front desk were unfriendly, and there was a wait to check in to the hotel, even though it was already past the initial time I had been given for the room to be ready.”

“The room was adequate, but the pool and hot tub areas were out of commission due to a ceiling tile issue.”

“internet was fast, I didn't use the pool, but check your alarm clocks in the room, because mine went off at midnight and woke me up out of a dead sleep. The hotel itself was quiet all night”
