3BR / 2BA Enkelshus med enastående utsikt från utsidan och utsidan. Byggd 1985 och ca. 1824 kvm. Nyligen ombyggt nära kapellet för det heliga korset. Naturvandring (tillgång till Little Horse trail) börjar i slutet av uppfarten. Inbäddat på en halv tunnland omgiven av tallar, känns nära naturen. Centralvärme och kylning och öppen spis.

Kabelinternet med WiFi och kabel-TV ingår. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lokalerna.

Den öppna planlösningen och naturligt trä i välvda tak är mycket avkopplande. Köket har bänkskivor i granit, diskmaskin, platta spis och mikrovågsugn. Vardagsrummet har en skinnsoffa och kärlekssits med vacker utsikt och en stor TV.

I matsalen finns plats för 6 med ytterligare 4 barstolar runt ön. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, en bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng, skrivbord och platt-TV. Anniversary trip

What a beautiful setting. It is like living in a nationsl park with all the natural beauty and wildlife . We saw a jack rabbit, the family of javelin walk through the yard. We had four deer just chilling under a tree next to the deck on our last morning. An amazing sighting stag in the neighbors yard on the way to the grocery. Every corner you take just driving to town is another "Wow!" moment. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Internet a little glitchy but other than that it was wonderful trip.

This was the most incredible place both my husband and myself have ever stayed. I am a little over the top on cleanliness and this certainly met my satisfaction. I was also very happy with the quality and ample amounts of paper products provided. This was a bonus.Everything we could possibly need was provided, even a cooler that we could pack bottled water for the day when we did a couple road trips. The owners have thought of it all!The house has an awesome layout and beautiful furniture and decor. And, the views from the living room, master bedroom and the deck.....AMAZING. The location was perfect. So peaceful and quiet yet not far from Sedona. Loved watching the stars from the deck. I could go on and on! Truly amazing

Our time at Grace Living was amazing. Perfect location to visit both Sedona and the Verde Valley area. Everything was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the views from the deck in the evening.

Exceeded expectations!

I’ve stayed at numerous places over the years, but this may be the best! So beautiful and clean, with everything you can possibly need. And the views were breathtaking. If we ever make it back to Sedona, we will stay here. Plus you can get to the chapel of holy cross after a short walk. Loved it!

A Peaceful Gem in Busy Sedona

Sedona is a very beautiful place to visit but can feel quite crowded and busy. This wonderful house gave us all (grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, and active four year old) a comfortable, restful place to share our family vacation. Everything from the soft beds, plush towels, and multiple cozy wraps to the well provisioned kitchen was far above average. The owner even left some welcoming snacks. But the clean kitchen’s useful dishes, utensils, appliances, modern refrigerator and even food storage containers for leftovers were the best we’ve encountered in a number of house rentals. It is calmer (and cheaper) for a family to make meals together than constantly eat out. We took some walks in the pretty neighborhood after dinner and enjoyed not only the landscaping, but its many views of the iconic Red Rocks. The owner promptly responded to our question about managing recyclables and certainly would have handled any actual problem but there weren’t any because this property is clearly well maintained. We would stay here again and recommend it for anyone wanting convenient, but quiet, access to the Sedona area. Bravo on a well deserved 5 stars in every category!

Beautiful and spacious home with many cozy features. Perfect for bikers with garage access to store bikes and many trails within riding distance to avoid crowded parking lots. Many restaurants & shops within a few minutes drive.

A wonderful place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 days at Grace Living. This home is clean, meticulously maintained, and spacious with a view of stunning red rock formations greeting you each sunrise then glowing at sunset while you grill on the deck, savor dinner, or relax on the comfortable couches. It is convenient to hiking trails, local attractions, grocery stores and other shopping yet in a quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Thoughtful extras included 2 yoga mats, several stainless steel water bottles, covered glass food storage containers, bottled water in the frig, a spice rack, a bottle of wine, bags of snacks, and being able to park our rental car in the garage.

Beautiful home for our holiday getaway!

We spent Christmas here with family and the decorations were charming with a lighted tree, stockings, decorative pillows and a welcoming bottle of wine to sip by the ambient fireplace. A few healthy snack bags were also an appreciated welcome gift. The home was immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with any kind of cooking utensil or dishes needed for a home cooked meal. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking and there is access to a few trailheads. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Property

This house was ideal. It is immaculately clean, modern and well cared for. We appreciated the amenities and little touches that were thoughtful and anticipated what we'd need. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room furniture extremely comfortable, and the views from the windows spectacular. Great location, great house!

This was our second stay at Grace Living and we were thrilled to stay here again! We've stayed in many different VRBOs over the years and I love that this house has lots of comfy living room seating, comfy beds, great linens, a VERY well-equipped kitchen and ample supplies (toliet paper, tissues, soap, etc) - so many VRBOs lack these and yet they make such a difference in a vacation where you don't want to worry about those things. The location is also great, quick easy access to so many trails either walking from the house, or a quick car ride to so many other trailheads. One of our friends arrived later in the week and it was an easy pick-up from a nearby shuttle stop location. Owners were very responsive and check-in/out was very easy. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again!

Lovely Property

We and another couple stayed at the property. It was very well equipped. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. We appreciated the chairs at the island and sat there a lot. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to trails. It’s a location that’s close to everything but away from the major traffic, so for us it was ideal. The hosts were very responsive. No issues. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Summer Memories

4 adults and 2 children had a comfortable stay. Great comfy beds. The open kitchen/living room area made it easy to sit and talk. There were lots of amenities which was helpful when our kids were too tired to eat out. We are a hiking family so it was fun that the trails started right across the street. The kids enjoyed watching for wildlife in the yard…lizards, butterflies and quail babies. It was a great place to stay on vacation!!

A stand-out home

Of all the houses we have rented, this one may have been the hardest one for us to leave. We enjoyed so much about our stay. The home has excellent views, and a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is the most completely equipped of any place we have rented. The host provided premium essentials - we appreciated the extras. The bed was very comfortable. My wife and I said if we ever make it back to Sedona, this will be the place we will want to stay.

Perfection

We loved this home and neighborhood. Very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We walked to different trailheads and were able to find scorpions and javalenas close by. We also loved the proximity of Clark’s Market in Oak Creek for groceries and all of the shops in Sedona. Highly recommend!
