The Space:

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a sectional sofa, cozy gas fireplace for the cooler months, and a flat-screen TV for relaxing nights at home. The dining space is perfect for board games, shared meals, and memorable moments and the kitchen is fully stocked, updated, and ready for everything from morning smoothies to sunset tapas.



The private, fenced patio at Desert Poppy is your peaceful outdoor hangout – complete with rattan-style furniture, a BBQ grill, and a shade umbrella. It’s the perfect space to sip your morning coffee or wind down after a day of adventures with your pup.

With three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Desert Poppy comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The primary suite features a plush king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and overlooks the private patio for peaceful mornings. The second bedroom - bright and inviting - features two twin beds. A shared guest bathroom with a walk-in shower makes freshening up easy, while central A/C ensures restful nights all summer long. The third bedroom/den has a full pullout sofa.

A washer and dryer are provided for added guest convenience.



The Nepenthe Complex is one of the most friendly, inviting, and scenic complexes in West Sedona and boasts great amenities and beautifully landscaped grounds throughout. It has a seasonal community pool, heated May - September (possibly an additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures). The hot tub is open year-round (the pool and spa community area is monitored by video cameras).



There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage. No long term/ extended parking in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18` or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
