Less than a 10-minute walk to the Chapel and to the Mystic, Chapel, Broken Arrow, White Line & Hog Heaven trailheads. Quiet neighborhood. “Dark sky` area allows stargazing at night from the property. Solar power system. New bathroom with Victoria Albert sinks. Darkening shades.

A completely separate section of a bigger house separated by a sound dampening wall. You will have your own private space with a kitchenette, two bedrooms with king sized beds, full bathroom and laundry room plus your own separate patio.

You will have access to the guest suite and the private patio connected to it.

Sleeping arrangements
Two inviting bedrooms each feature a king-sized bed dressed in soft linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades to ensure restful nights. Closets and dressers provide ample storage, while thoughtful touches like hangers, an iron, and additional blankets make settling in simple. The updated bathroom includes a bathtub and shower with Victoria + Albert sinks and a full range of toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the suite.

Kitchen & dining
The private kitchen is equipped for cooking at home with an induction stove, stainless steel oven with air fryer, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. A refrigerator, freezer, and mini fridge keep ingredients fresh, and essentials such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided. Enjoy morning coffee from the coffee maker or share a meal at the dining table with wine glasses and dishware ready for use.

Outdoor living
Step through your private entrance to a patio or balcony and a backyard space surrounded by greenery. Relax on outdoor furniture, dine al fresco at the table, or gather around the fire pit as the night sky fills with stars. The quiet surroundings and garden view create a calm backdrop for evenings outdoors.

Entertainment & connectivity
Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi verified at 171 Mbps—ideal for streaming or video calls. A TV and Ethernet connection are available, and guests needing to work will find a dedicated workspace in a private room with a door.

Families traveling with little ones can request a crib or pack ’n play travel crib. Essentials such as towels, sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Comfort & safety
Central air conditioning and heating maintain a pleasant indoor climate, complemented by a ceiling fan for added comfort. The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are located on the front side of the property—by the guest entrance, front porch, and RV parking area—for peace of mind.

Nestled in Sedona’s Chapel Vista neighborhood, the suite offers easy access to scenic trails and breathtaking red rock formations. It’s a short drive to uptown shops and restaurants, yet surrounded by the tranquility of desert landscapes and local wildlife such as Gambel quails and javelinas.

We have cameras monitoring the parking areas and the front doors. There are no cameras inside the house or in the back of the house. The hot tub is located in the backyard gardens.

4. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
