We had spent at least 2 hours changing our reservation from Friday to Thursday. Only to find out Expedia never provided the hotel with the confirmation. After traveling 12 hrs to have to deal with 45 mins at the front desk ( representative was lovely at the hotel) is not ideal and completely unacceptable. Thank goodness the hotel was able to accommodate however the service and follow thru from Expedia is completely unacceptable.
Not to mention, the hotel was under renovation - that is something that should be visible to customers. We would of never paid these prices knowing that we would have this e
