West Sedona is a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the famous red rock mountains providing amazing views and hiking trails. This property is in a very central location, less than five minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, ATV/bike rentals, and anything you could need! Avoid the Sedona traffic and stay here to enjoy more vacation time and less travel time!

The entire property is available for guests to use with easy access via a smartlock keypad door lock. Access code will be provided no later than the day before for security.

This property in West Sedona is a two-story, 3BR/2BA, almost 2000 sq/ft, single-family home with 5 beds that can sleep 8 and is dedicated exclusively for your use! Situated in a quiet hilltop neighborhood with a western cowboy theme, there is a spacious yard with pine trees and a private fenced area in back including a grill for home cooking. A sloping walkway leads from the curb to the front door on the second level which opens into the kitchen and living room area.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms consisting of a grand Master Bedroom with a King Bed and private master bath and another room with a Queen bed with a separate bathroom. The Master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi soaking bathtub and a large walk-in shower. The queen bedroom has a desk with a 27" monitor to allow you to work productively or just enjoy browsing the web from your laptop on a larger screen. Both upstairs bedrooms open out to a very large adjoining balcony with fantastic views, perfect for sunsets and a drink to wind down at the end of the day.

Stairs lead down to a lower level with a third bedroom that has a queen bed plus a bunk bed to sleep 4. Perfect for a family with kids to have a sleepover and endless fun the entire trip! Attached to the room is a garage converted to a game room with a 5 in 1 game table, dart board, and more to be added! Yard games like corn hole, disc golf, and Jenga to name a few are also stored in the garage for you to enjoy some outside fun as well.

A long driveway can park over 4 cars, an RV for those traveling, a boat or ATV (please confirm with host due to varying lengths) The house is light-filled and airy for you to enjoy your vacation!

We highly recommend that guests bring a car in order to get around Sedona. While virtually everything in town is less than a 10-minute drive away, Ubers and taxis can be limited.

There is transit bus service from nearby Cottonwood to West Sedona, Uptown, and south toward the Village of Oak Creek, but terminating at Poco Diablo resort a couple miles short of VOC. Search the web for Verde Shuttle (links not allowed here).

There is also a new Sedona Shuttle to bringing hikers and visitors to crowded trailheads where parking may not be available, for free! Search web for Sedona Shuttle.
