The home offers 3 bedrooms, two in the rear of the house with private back patio entrances. The front bedroom features views of the rose garden while it's in bloom. All rooms have brand new high quality beds with hotel quality bedding and blackout curtains on all windows.

The open concept living room features vaulted ceilings that lead to a kitchen and dining area. The pullout couch is a Queen sized Lay-Z-Boy.

Brand new fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and a high bar with extra seating offers a separate dining area or workspace.

The house offers many outdoor seating options. The front garden, the front porch, the rear covered patio, and the uncovered patio and side yard all offering different views with their own magic and charm.

A digital door code will be sent for self check-in. The driveway is available and can easily fit 4 cars.

This is a central location in West Sedona while still being tucked away on a quiet road. You can actually walk to restaurants and shopping, however, a car is always recommended in Sedona!

Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars.

This house has an attached Guest Suite which has its own separate entrance/exit and outdoor area. You may run into other guests while parking or being outside.
Must be 25 or older to book. ID is required prior to final confirmation.
Please take off your shoes when you enter the home.
No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property.
No unregistered overnight guests are allowed.
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew of 10 pm to 7 am.
Please respect the check-out time of 10 am.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please be mindful of children on the deck and top floor of the loft.

Hot Tub Rules
Shower with soap before entering, especially body parts with sun block, lotion, etc
No glass or food in or around the spa.
No street clothes in the spa.
Cover spa and reattach cover fully in between uses, do not leave open and unattended at any time.
No children under the age of 18 allowed, no exceptions. If children are in the home, keep the tub LOCKED at all times when not in use.
Be careful entering and exiting the spa to avoid slips.
Do not use the spa alone.
Do not drink alcohol before or during spa usage.
Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant or if you have other health concerns.
Do not use the spa if you have open cuts or wounds.
Limit time spent soaking, no more than 15 minutes is recommended.

The key to the hot tub is in the laundry room, a lockbox on the inside door. The code is "0807". Please put it back before checkout, thank you!
