Located adjacent to the main building, the villa boasts the same appealing features as the standard and studio rooms but are larger and come with a spacious private patio overlooking the Red Rocks. The room has one queen-size bed, a living area with a fireplace, and a small kitchenette.

We are required to comply with all City of Sedona short term rental regulations and are committed to protecting our guests and our property which is why we`ve partnered with Truvi’s “Know Your Guest”, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will be sent an email and will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will be able to create an account allowing you to access all the property details including check in and Wi-Fi instructions. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver through Truvi`s “Know Your Guest”. There is a small non-refundable credit card fee retained by the credit card processor.

Amazing property

Amazing property with great potential. We were really excited about the bed, the fireplace, the jet tub, and the shower from the listing pics. Unfortunately, The fireplace needs some maintenance. There was a little black box that was supposed to cover all the wires, but it was not assembled, leaving me a bit worried it wouldn't catch on fire. Seems it leaks propane when not on as we could smell propane in the room. It appears there was issue with the fireplace at some point as there was black suit all over the walls and the roof of the suite. We were told by the maintenance guy they haven't been able to get to clean it and paint. Not really sure if it needs painted, as it wiped off pretty easy with my hand.. Didn't understand that one. The bath had hairs in it, a used Band-Aid. We didn't use. The shower head looked cool! But the top of it hadn't been cleaned in probably years. Thick dust on that. The bed sheets were super old. Had like little balls of fabric on them. Needed to be replaced. Same with a little sitting area next to the bed the sheets, etc we're stained. Wanted to set out on the back porch to enjoy the amazing view, but had to call maintenance to come over and clean off the chairs. Didn't look like they had been cleaned in months. The maintenance guy was quick and cleaned up everything. When trying to pull out the TV to watch it, one of the doors almost fell off in my hand. Needs to be fixed. Loved the place, but wouldn't recommend based on the uncleanliness.
