We are located in a sub-division with each house having approximately 2.5 acres bordering the National Forest. This is one of the very few areas in Sedona that allows horses. It's the perfect blend of rural tranquility with dining, groceries and hiking minutes away. This part of Sedona sits at a higher elevation than the main town center, offering cooler temperatures and expansive views of the surrounding red rock country. Some of the best views of Sedona are RIGHT HERE!

West Sedona also provides easy access to hiking trails and outdoor activities, making it popular with those who want to experience Arizona's natural beauty while enjoying upscale accommodations and amenities.

BEDROOM ONE:
☀The primary bedroom features a sumptuous king bed and a spa-inspired master suite complete with a freestanding soaking tub and rainfall shower—ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Sedona's natural wonders. Master suite comes TV-free by design. Studies show that mountain views, forest trails, and starry skies have 100% fewer commercials than cable.
Master bathroom has two vanities, walk in shower with multiple jets, fluffy towels, eco friendly soaps and a stand alone tub. Repurposed vintage pulley transforms your bath into a spa retreat.

BEDROOM TWO:
☀︎The open loft serves as a cozy second sleeping area with a comfortable queen bed, offering a unique vantage point of the home's stunning architecture and surrounding views. NOTE: this is an open loft area, there is not a door, if you are a light sensitive sleeper, this room may not be a good fit.

HALF BATH:
☀︎The home includes 1.5 bathrooms—a full bathroom in the master suite and a convenient half bath for guests.

YOGA ROOM | Meditation
☀︎A dedicated space for yoga and meditation sits perched to maximize the breathtaking panoramic vistas, creating the perfect sanctuary for mindfulness practice with Sedona's famous red rocks as your backdrop. Yoga mats, crystals and all the vibes await. Enjoy our Buddah Board that encourages mindfulness and temporary creations.

KITCHEN:
☀︎The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, outfitted with high-end appliances and featuring distinctive SMEG coffee maker and tea kettle that add both style and function to your morning ritual. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided. Fully stocked w/ pots, pans. Views of Thunder Mountain out your kitchen windows.

FAMILY ROOM:

DINING ROOM:
☀︎The dedicated dining space features an expandable table to accommodate bigger gatherings, while a second fireplace creates an intimate atmosphere for memorable meals.

OUTDOOR:
☀︎The show stopper is the Infinity pool that appears to merge with the horizon, offering uninterrupted views of Sedona's iconic landscape. Please note the pool is NOT heated. The private hot tub is perfectly positioned for stargazing while soaking in the therapeutic waters, at night you will see the twinkle of lights from the quaint town of Jerome. There is a premium BBQ grill for al fresco cooking with a Stylish outdoor dining area to enjoy meals while immersed in the natural beauty.

The Infinity pool is shared with the Villa which sleeps 4 + the Studio which sleeps 2. Each property has its own hot tub + BBQ along with private patio space. There is no life guard on duty and no diving, swim at your own risk. The pool is not heated.

📍PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:
Our home includes access to our SHARED infinity pool, which is also enjoyed by guests staying in the studio and villa. We ask that all guests be mindful of others to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy this special space. It’s designed like a mini resort — peaceful, spacious, and you may not even run into anyone during your stay. The views are just too good not to share.

📍You will receive detailed directions to our home with a link providing an ariel view. The final stretch to the home is a dirt road—common in Sedona and part of what keeps the area calm, uncrowded, and beautifully serene.

This is a quiet retreat designed for relaxation and tranquility. The space and amenities are best suited for adult guests seeking a peaceful getaway.

We welcome everyone drawn to our sanctuary's energy. However, the natural sound amplification in this space can be quite pronounced. This setting may not be a good fit for pets, so we encourage thoughtful consideration of your companion's comfort and other guests' peaceful experience.

📍Our home sleeps a MAX of 4. The 2nd bedroom is in an open loft, there is no door. If you are a light/sound sensitive sleeper the second bedroom may not be a good fit.

📍The main home has a separate studio attached that sleeps 2 and is also available to rent. Each has it's own private entry and private hot tub.

We’re committed to keeping each PHX Stays home in pristine condition so you can fully relax during your stay. From time to time, our trusted service providers (landscapers, pool care, pest control, etc.) may stop by to care for the property. These visits are scheduled carefully to minimize disruption, and they help ensure that everything stays beautiful and well-maintained for you and future guests.

Early Check in/Late Check out: Due to high demand, we must stick to our check-in and checkout times. If you arrive in town on an early flight or depart later in the day, consider booking an additional day or making other arrangements. We do have half day rates depending on availability.
