Sedona Paradise, ett vackert hem med pool och spa i hjärtat av Sedona

En gång ägt av filmstjärnan, Jane Russell, är detta rymliga hus med sex sovrum på 5000 kvadratmeter dekorerat med original aboriginskonst perfekt för en stor grupp familj eller vänner. Vandring, cykling, shopping och restauranger ligger bara några minuter bort. Home ligger i "Up-Town" -området i Sedona, på gångavstånd till turistdistriktet, Wildflower Bakery, Chipotle, Starbucks och mer.

Huset är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver medan du är på semester i vackra Sedona, Arizona. Utanför finns det en stor pool med ett bifogat spa (spa-värmen ingår i nattlig hyra; poolvärmen är $ 25 per nattlig hyra och betalas separat när du anländer). Utanför är också ett bra ställe att njuta av en grill på gasgrillen medan du tittar på solnedgången över de röda klipporna. En stor gräsmatta i trädgården är ett bra ställe för spel.

Hemmet är inrättat för att hantera gäster upp till 12. Inuti hittar du fyra fulla bad och två bastur (en med tillhörande duschrum). Det finns två stora master sviter - en på övervåningen och en nedervåningen med fulla bad.

Matsalen är möblerad med ett stort lönnbord med plats för 12. Och du kan gå ut härifrån till utomhusdäckområdet.

Boområdet är gott om att titta på TV eller njuta av varandras företag. Köket är möblerat med kylskåp, gasspis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, filtrerat vattensystem (RO) och alla små apparater.

Det finns tre platt-TV-apparater med kabeltjänst. WiFi är tillgängligt och det krävs inget lösenord.

Uppfarten har upp till sex fordon. Parkera inte på gatan eftersom detta hem är på en culdesac och alla grannar parkerar i deras respektive uppfart.

But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! The house was amazing! It was clean, had beautiful furnishings, amenities were great and the view was UNBELIEVABLE! We did not want to leave the house at all during our stay (we did, but skipped one days plans to just relax at the house). It was so close to everything we wanted to do. The only downfall was there is no other bathroom downstairs (except the one that is en-suite in one of the lower bedrooms, so those that were staying in the other 2 bedrooms on the lower level had to walk up the stairs to the hall bathroom to utilize it during the middle of the night. The half bathroom stated in the description is the large shower area off one of the lower bedrooms that leads into a spa, however, there is no toilet, or sink in this area. This probably would not be a deal breaker for some, and after staying there would not make us look elsewhere because of such, as the rest of the house and the great experience with the Host negates it!

The house is excellent and beautiful!!!! It is better than the pictures on Vrbo. The view is stunning. The living room and kitchen are spacious. The kids in my travel group stay in the living room for hours. They loved it so much that they didn't want to leave. The host is very welcoming and responds to our inquiries quickly. We would love to stay again.

This is a beautiful, spacious and comfortable home with gorgeous views from the deck and pool area. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any home I've rented, with many small appliance, pots & pans, cooking utensils, and lots of pantry staples. We were impressed by the generous selection of plates, bowls, glasses (including wine glasses) and silverware. The bedrooms are all comfortable and the 2 masters are palatial. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub didn't heat up above 85, but we still enjoyed sitting around the pool enjoying the views in the morning and at sunset. There are many comfortable seating options on the deck and pool area. During the day we were always busy with activities around Sedona. I would definitely rent this home again!

This is a beautiful home with breathtaking views. It is very quiet and feels very private. Pool was cold, but the hot tub was really nice. The kitchen is well equipped to handle large groups. The beds were so comfortable that my brother said he was going home to buy a new mattress after sleeping on this one. My only problem was that the 1/2 bath is only a shower.

Great property

We loved the house: spectacular views; amazing outdoor areas, very private and beautifully landscaped yard; quiet, private yet convenient location (close to town and amenities); nice, and quality furnishings and art (the house has character). I’ve never stayed in a more elegantly furnished VRBO. The kitchen was easy to use, well equipped and all the drawers and cabinets were well marked. A few minor negatives: 1.The hot tub was dirt and col, needing to be cleaned, which it was, two days before our departure.2.The pool water was also a little on the cold side, and lacked railings to help getting in and out.3.Downstairs there are three bedrooms, but only one bathroom, and that is in one bedroom, so guests in the other two bedrooms have to climb the stairs at night to use the one bathroom that is not in a bedroom.4.During hot days, of which there were many, the AC unit could reduce the temperature, in the main living area, below 84 degrees,

70th Birthday Celebration

Worked great for our group of 11. Awesome house and yard/pool area. The only thing different from the Vrbo listing is that 2 of the 6 bedrooms were listed as having sets of twin beds. All had queen or kings. Wasn’t an issue for our group, but might be for some.

House rent

Great house, everything was clean, great views . Over 20 of my family members stayed here for Christmas and we had a great time. The pool was very nice although too cold for us to get in. I did have some questions about the house when I arrived, but property manager did not answer.

Thanksgiving Memorial

We gathered at this fantastic house to celebrate a loved one who passed away and also enjoy Thanksgiving in a gorgeous place she loved. We were very comfortable and surprised that the house EXCEEDED our expectations!!! It was more updated than the pictures and we found it well equipped for our needs. Really stellar views and amazing spread out bedrooms for privacy inside. Bravo with the renovations.

This house was perfect for the 12 of us! The sumptuous living room had tons of sitting and lounging space for all of us, and the dining table seats 12! Beautiful outdoor areas too, and walkable to shops and morning coffee.

Great location, small annoyances

Great location and views, some little frusterations. The hot tub would shut off and not come back on and appeared to have a leak. We refilled it several times. The pool was freezing! TV service did not stream. Spotty service. Had to connect via a laptop to our own accounts. The handsoap in hall bathroom only had water in it, not soap. Furnature in living room was tired. Bathrooms were clean, but dated.
